Casa Roza is oocated in a small Istrian village Barboj close to beach Kanegra and Umag. Casa Roza has everything one might need on a holiday. Memorable stay!

A very welcoming and comfortable home, with very nice owners. The house is open with nice landscaping and views over orchards. The property is near the amazing beaches of Kanegra. It was nice to come back from the beach and spend time on the terrace and pool. Beautiful gardens surrounding the house. The house is spacious, nicely furnished and very well equipped with everything that we needed.

Marvelous place

We enjoyed our stay in Villa Rosa which was clean, large and well equipped. Our children enjoyed the big pool. It's really close to the beach Kanegra and town center. We would love to come back.

Lovely house!

We enjoyed our stay at villa Roza. It is specious very well equiped and most important close to Kanerga Beach where we went with our bikes. Dolores is a great host super friendly and nice she grated us very well with some local specialities. I would recommend this villa to everyone. The golf course is close as well as Umag with all its activities.

Empfehlenswerter und gelungener Urlaub

Wir haben im August in diesem tollen Anwesen unseren Urlaub verbracht. Das Haus selber macht einen guten Eindruck, der AuÃŸenbereich allerdings macht hier den Unterschied. Der groÃŸe Pool hat unseren Kindern besonders viel SpaÃŸ gemacht und die Erwachsenen konnten auf den Sonnliegen relaxen, wÃ¤hrend man die Kids immer im Blick hatte. Im hinteren Bereich ist ein groÃŸer Garten mit Gasgrill. Hier haben wir jeden Tag gegessen und das schÃ¶ne Wetter genossen. Die Besitzer Dolores und Roberto waren super hilfsbereit und immer fÃ¼r Fragen erreichbar. Wir haben tolle Tipps fÃ¼r AusflÃ¼ge erhalten. So waren wir bspw. bei einem Fest in einem kleinen Dorf, welches wir so wahrscheinlich nie gefunden hÃ¤tten. Zudem bringen Sie bei Bedarf auch frische GemÃ¼sen und OlivenÃ¶l vorbei (sehr zu empfehlen). Das Dorf Barboj selber ist recht klein, hier gibt es ein paar Restaurants. Nicht weit weg ist aber ein schÃ¶ner Strand, bei dem man mit einer Art GÃ¤stekarte auch durch die Schranken fahren kann. Die nÃ¤chstgrÃ¶ÃŸere Stadt Umag ist mit dem Auto ca. 10min entfernt. Hier gibt es viel zu entdecken. Es gibt schÃ¶ne StrÃ¤nde (teilweise auch Sand) und in der Innenstadt kann man sehr gut flanieren und essen. Generell hat man in der Gegend viele MÃ¶glichkeiten, etwas zu unternehmen. Sehr zu empfehlen ist der Wasserpark Istrilandia. Auch MÃ¶glichkeiten, Essen zu gehen gibt es reichlich. In Umag gibt es viele EinkaufsmÃ¶glichkeiten fÃ¼r den tÃ¤glichen Bedarf, wie z.B. ein Lids oder Kaufland (viel Zeit mitbringen).

Glorious residence!

Wir waren mit einer 11-köpfigen Truppe in der Unterkunft und hatten einen super Aufenthalt. Sie bietet genügend Platz für diverse (sportliche) Aktivitäten und Sitzgelegenheiten, um gemeinsam zu Essen oder etwas zu spielen. Die Hosts waren sehr nett und auch immer erreichbar wenn Fragen etc. aufkamen. Mit dem Auto sind es nur wenige Minute zum Meer und durch einen Barcode (den man nach dem Check-In erhält) kann man kostenlos auf einem Parkplatz (Kanegra Beach) parken. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit dem Auto gut erreichbar.
