Villa well situated in a unique setting, facing south, stunning views to the sea, the village and the beach. Possibility to travel without using the car, since it is located about 600m from the beach and about 150m from the shopping center. The house consists of garden and private parking for 5 parking spaces. On the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms (2 doubles with private bathroom, and the third with a triolo and one single bed) and a third bathroom. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning. There is a fully furnished kitchen, a utility room with washer-dryer, ironing board, iron and a laundry sink. A living room where the home-cinema, with its large screen of cinema and a futbolín with lights of led is located.

On the second floor, there are 3 bedrooms with their respective terraces (one with a private bathroom, a dressing room, air conditioning and, on the terrace, a gym, one with a matimonio bed and one single bed; Trundle bed with two beds, both have air conditioning) and another bathroom.

On the third floor, we find a magnificent loft of 75m, consisting of a fully furnished kitchen (refrigerator, oven, microoandas, toaster, dishwasher and induction hob), a dining room with fireplace and a lounge with pool table, the loft has air conditioner. On this floor you will find the swimming pool with stunning views and a magnificent terrace of 150m ², with terrace and pool furniture and with a pin-pon table.

Fabulous time at Villa Serymar

We were a party of 12 family members ages 3 to 80. Villa Serymar is a truly wonderful property and our large family group enjoyed everything it had to offer. It is a spacious, tastefully furnished house set out over three levels. The six bedrooms ( 3 of which have ensuite bathrooms) have everything needed for a great vacation. The quality of the beds, bed linen, and ample towels provided is second to none.

The top level of the house is spectacular !

A living area which includes kitchen, dining and living area with doors to a magnificent terrace! The terrace is the piece de resistance !

Shade, sun and swimming pool along with glorious views.

The photos on the website do not do this property justice! It is much better and bigger than it appears.

Our host Mercedes was incredibly welcoming . We arrived very late at night, tired and weary to be greeted by our host and a welcome pack which was enormous and greatly appreciated.

Mercedes was very helpful at all stages of the booking process.

We would have no hesitation in recommending Villa Serymar .

One suggestion is that a book with directions, restaurant recommendations and local amenities be provided. Although, we were able to access all this information through a friend of the host who was exceedingly helpful.

Overall, fabulous villa, great host and wonderful location.
