3-Bedroom 2-Bathroom Town Villa Frontline to the Sea with Heated Pool and A/C

Most beautiful Andalusian Town House at Calle Carabeo, only a few steps from the Balcón de Europa. This century old traditional villa was recently renovated and modernised, with independent air-conditioning in each bedroom and the salon. From the terraces on different levels you can enjoy great views to the sea and the Balcón de Europa. The patio offers a private and in the same time very sunny place, to which in June 2017 a new big Swim Spa / Pool has been added (4 x 3 meters, heated).

The villa is build on two levels with an additional roof terrace. It offers a Spanish traditional atmosphere combined with modern and comfortable interior. On the ground floor you will find the salon and dining area, one bedroom (twin beds), a big bathroom, the fully fitted kitchen and at the end the spacious patio area with sunbeds, a big table and the Swim Spa / Pool. In the first floor there are the other two bedrooms (master with four poster canopy bed, the other with double plus single bed), the second big bathroom and a first terrace, giving access also to the roof terrace. The terraces are furnished with table and more sunbeds, letting you enjoy the views over the Mediterranean Sea and all day sunshine.

Free WiFi, Spanish and international channels, public parking nearby. The modern Swim Spa offers you many special features, including: a countercurrent swimming system ('Endless Pool'), hydromassage, year-round fun and fitness due to heated water.

The villa is located right in the center of Nerja Old Town, inside the pedestrian area, and to the Balcón de Europa you will only need a minute of walking. A big range of restaurants, cafés, Tapa bars, and shops are in the area. The nearest beach is right beside, and even to the famous Burriana beach outside the Old Town of Nerja you just need a few minutes walk along the beautiful Carabeo street.

Although one does not need a car inside Nerja, there is a big public parking area very near by.

About Frank Veit & Galit Amiel

We live since 2010 in Nerja and specialised in the rental of villas and apartments in Calle Carabeo, Nerja's best address if you want to stay in the Old Town and directly by the beaches. We both love animals and worked for many years with wild dolphins in the Mediterranean and the Red Sea, before we decided to move to a tranquil sea town in Andalusia. Being now a team of seven, we have our office in the middle of the street and provide service on seven days a week, twelve month a year.

Arriving to the Costa del Sol and Malaga in 2010, it took us three weeks to find Nerja - and we immediately knew that this is the place we were looking for. Authentic, Spanish, Andalusian, all in all so different to the typical resorts along the coast.

And from all the streets it is Calle Carabeo that has the most charm in this town. We have our local grocery shop, our lovely neighbours, and yet it is only a minute to reach all the humming of the restaurants and shops.

What makes this villa unique

This villa makes you know that you are spending your holidays in Andalusia. A century old building, it lets you become a part of town. Still, you do not have to miss comfort, just the opposite. Four independent air condition units for hotter summer days or fresher winter nights, a new and luxurious Spa Pool, heated and with countercurrent system for 'endless' swimming experience or water massage. International TV channels and WiFi connection throughout the house. And in the same time you can enjoy outside dining with the views from the terraces.

Nerja is loved for being an authentic Andalusian town right at the sea, a very rare combination. Not like a typical tourist resort, here many locals are still living in the streets, filling them with life not only in summer, but also in winter. The majority of bars, restaurants and shops are open the whole year.

The combination of having the best climate of all continental Europe due to its extremely mild winters, together with wind-protected beaches in the famous bays of Nerja, makes this town a top destination for visitors from all over the world, 12 month a year.

East of Nerja starts the Maro-Cerro Gordo Coastal Nature Park. A stretch of coast not spoiled by 'modern' architecture, but boasting mostly pure nature. You can explore it from land by driving, biking, or hiking the old national road to reach fantastic wild beaches, observe the many ibex that move to the green valleys, and discover the plenty of orchid species growing here. Or you explore it from the sea by renting a kayak in Nerja and paddle along grottos, a waterfall, and spectacular cliffs.

To the back of Nerja you have the vast space of yet another mountainous national park – the Sierra de Almijara. It is a perfect place for hiking tours, river and canyon walks or mountain biking.

Inland and easy to reach by car or bus there are small mountain villages, many dating from the Moorish period and over a thousand years old. Our neighbour village of Frigliana, just 7 km away, is listed as one of the most beautiful villages of all Spain. Definitely worth a visit, and easily reached by a local bus.

Cycling becomes also more and more popular in the area due to excellent streets along the coasts and into the mountains. There is also the possibility to rent bicycles from the leisure user to the professional cyclist, both mountain and street bikes.
