The flat did exceed my expectations by far, beautifully decorated, very cosy and spotless clean
The hosts were lovely, thoughtfully stocked the fridge with food and drinks, which was utterly unexpected, but such a welcome surprise,
the furbishment and decoration is high quality and very tasteful, just a joy
the balcony is large and spacious with a 180degree East, North, West View that allows you to witness spectacular sunrises and sunsets,
the setting is quiet and undisturbed, very safe
The village center with bars and restaurants less then 5min walk, shops nearby as well
I had a wonderful and relaxing stay, absolutely enjoyed it

Great location, welcoming and homely
The apartment is beautifully finished, and well equipped. The kitchen is a good size and very well equipped for a holiday rental property. There was bottled water and juice in the fridge ready for us and Anna had bought us some strawberries and bread. We had notified the owners beforehand that we were bringing my husband's mum with us and on arrival the sofa bed was already made up as a bed. The outside space is lovely for a morning coffee or evening glass of wine. There are some nice restaurants in the town, and busy resorts with seafront dining only a short drive away, as are some lovely beaches and the Caves at Arta. We would definitely recommend.

Perfect!
Juanjo was a great host who provided everything we needed and more, the apartment was spotlessly clean and very calm. Comfortable bed, fantastic kitchen area and a good balcony to watch the sun set from are just a few highlights. Capdepera is a beautiful town, and the beaches were easily accessible via the bus. Highly recommended- 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Clean and luxurious.
This was a wonderful place! The profile pictures can't do this place justice. It was nicer in person than in the advertisement. I want to stay again when I return to the island. I was completely comfortable and had the utmost privacy. The owners were very polite and helpful when needed. I had a great stay. - Xavier

Ich kann mich nur den Kommentaren anschließen. Sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Erstausstattung im Kühlschrank war auch bei uns vorhanden. Danke! Da wir die Umgebung sehr gut kennen ist die Lage optimal. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!!!!
Wundervolle Ferienwohnung
Die Ferienwohnung ist genauso schön wie auf den Fotos und beschrieben. Nur einen Parkplatz vor dem Haus zu finden ist manchmal etwas schwierig. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
