This delightful apartment is just a minute walk from the beach, restaurants and supermarkets and benefits from a sunny terrace and a shared pool.

Welcome to Oasis, an attractive and well maintained, small complex of just 5 privately owned apartments, with off road parking, shared swimming pool and surrounding sunbathing terrace.

It is situated at the end of the road that runs parallel to the beach front, shops and abundance of restaurants that cater to suit all tastes, all just a minutes’ walk from the front door! But at the same time is located in a quiet street, so it also offers tranquillity.

The apartment inside, has an open plan lounge/kitchen. It is beautifully furnished and has a flat-screen TV and free wi-fi. The kitchen is fully equipped.

The front of the building is on ground level, and boasts its own allotted parking space, whilst making it easily accessible, whilst on the other hand, the apartment is actually on the 1st floor, and it backs onto a small park, it truly lives up to its name “Oasis”.

The apartment is a delightful one bedroomed apartment, which offers ample outdoor space, as it has a private side terrace, which is perfect for the early morning sun, whilst having breakfast, but also a nice sized balcony, which overlooks the swimming pool, sun terrace and the park outside, a perfect place to sunbathe, or sit and watch the world go by in the day time, and at night having the benefit of uninterrupted views of the beautiful sun sets.

The bedroom has two comfortable, single beds, plenty of storage and a large window for natural light, and last but not least by any means the bathroom, is a very well equipped and spacious room, which also provides space for the washing machine.

All in all, the perfect choice for a quiet yet comfortable holiday.

A lovely sunny stay!

My wife and I holidayed for 10 days at this apartment in December 2017. As per the images, it is bright, clean and well equipped. It has two separate outdoor sitting areas - ideal for being in the sun from morning to late afternoon. The pool is small (about 8-10m long) but refreshing on a hot day. Puerto de Mogan is a great place to stay and the property is very central for the restaurants, shops, beach and marina.

Gary was excellent with the pre-trip communication and we were warmly welcomed to the property. Would highly recommend.

Perfect apartment in an amazing location

I have no reservations recommending this apartment to anyone looking for a safe, comfortable base with everything you could wish for. Almost a private pool (shared with about 3/4 apartments). Communication was excellent and Gary is on hand if needed but respectfully of our privacy. The apartment has everything you could want. Nothing to take as all towels including beach towels were provided. Add in, a stone’s throw from the lovely beach, and it was perfect for us.

Great apartment!

Nice, bright roomy apartment close to restaurants, bars and beach - what more could you ask for!

Great host who kept in contact once we booked and met us on arrival. Gary was really helpful and pointed out all the important places (docs, chemist etc) we might need during our stay - thankfully we didn't!! Even popped down mid week for a few mins to check everything was going well as he hadn't seen us around - which was reassuring. Loved the pool and wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Best in Mogan

These apartments are by far the best in Puerto Mogan, and we have stayed in many. They were spotlessly clean, had everything you would need to be able to cook and Gary, the owner was extremely friendly and helpful. We met Gary through a mistake on our behalf when our key to the apartment snapped in the lock - he was so understanding and the next day there was a replacement key waiting for us! We also met him twice out in the resort and he shouted to make sure we were okay and wanted for nothing.

Those of you that have been to Mogan will be aware that there are many outstanding restaurants, bars and a lovely beach in the area. This apartment is perfectly situated to reach all amenities within a couple of minutes walk; perfect for when you need to head back for a midday siesta!

We both loved it so much here, we are hoping to come back to Mogan for the fifth time... but only if we can stay in this property!
