This duplex- apartment is located in Saint Germain des Près, on a very calm & discrete street between the rue Jacob and the rue de Seine.

The apartment is extremely safe(2 codes and a fob), and on the top floors of a residential building with private elevator (only accessible with a key).

An elevator leads directly to the top floor of the duplex, where the kitchen and living area are located. A small interior staircase leads to the bedrooms and bathrooms below. The lower level also has direct access to the exterior stairwell and elevator.

Both bedrooms on the lower floor have king-sized beds. They also both have full ensuite bathrooms. One has a large Italian shower while the other one has a bathtub with shower combination.

There is also a separate half bathroom on the upper floor so there are three toilets in total.

The kitchen on the upper floor is fully equipped with modern appliances and is accesible from the living/dining area.

The icing on the cake is this private rooftop terrace of about 15 square meters. It is accessible from the upper floor by a fold-down staircase, which is admittedly steep, but very stable.

You can enjoy a glass of wine after a long day of sightseeing while admiring the stunning landscape of the beautiful Saint-Germain.

The location of this apartment was terrific and surrounded by galleries, restaurants, food stores, etc. The a/C in august was a pleasure to return to after a long day of site seeing. The view from the terrace is remarkable and can see many of the highlights of Paris. Megan O'Reilly was wonderful. She was helpful and always available for questions. The service was incredible and I would definitely recommend to others. And hope to go back again myself!

Luxurious apartment in fantastic location

The apartment is luxurious, well stocked, and gorgeous. The rooftop patio adds an extra touch of class that few hotels & apartments offer. The inclusion of a washer/dryer is excellent for doing laundry on your own time, without having to visit a laundromat. Two bedrooms with queen size beds makes for a perfect getaway for a family or two couples traveling together, and summer time heat waves are no match for the AC units throughout.

Glamaparis was professional, the staff was courteous, and the apartment instructions were crystal clear.

Location, Location, Location!!!

Having never been to Paris, I asked my daughter in law who travels for her job where should we stay in Paris. Without hesitation she suggested St. Germain commenting the district is well established with numerous restaurants/artisan shops and a general slower and relaxed pace.

I accessed VRBO where I discovered a multitude of rental properties. In short order this property from GlamAParis raised to the top of the list with the exceptional roof top access and other amenities. After conferring with the other couple we travel with it was decided to stay at the roof top property.

After arriving in Paris, I called Andre of GlamAParis and within 10 minutes he was helping us with our luggage utilizing the elevator and climbing the stairs with us to our flat which was on the 4/5 floor. Certainly above and beyond the call of duty! Thank you Andre.

The property and it's accommodations was exceptional for the suggested daily rate. If and when we return to Paris we would definitely stay here again.

Nice apartment

Our stay was very good. The bathrooms were spacious as was the rest of the apartment. We didn't do any real cooking but the kitchen was modern and appeared to be well equipped. The only negative we found were the stairs. Getting in and out of the elevator was a bit challenging since it stopped between floors and there were steps to get on in a very tight space. Also, my husband and I did not use the roof terrace since climbing the ladder seemed a bit risky. Our son and granddaughter did and thoroughly enjoyed it. I would recommend this apartment for younger people since it is otherwise nice. The location is excellent and it is very quiet.

Owner's Response: We are happy to know you’ve enjoyed your stay in the apartment even if you considered the access to be a bit challenging. The building was totally renovated 10 years ago but it is still protected by French architectural laws and fortunately an elevator was built but there are still a few steps remaining between the elevator and ground floor. The terrace is accessible from the front of the main apartment entrance on the 5th floor. It is not large as shown on the pictures but it is a shame you could not enjoy it as it is really amazing and rare as your son and granddaughter might have told you. We hope to welcome you very soon in one of the 60 apartments we manage and we would do our best to find a property with an easier access that would meet your requirements.

Great location in 6th

Rooftop terrace is quite a special treat in Paris.

Very comfortable and well appointed apartment. Located on quiet street in a back secure building. Helpful to have the elevator for luggage or carrying groceries.

Walking distance to Seine, Louvre, Notre Dame and many local sights. Short stroll to Luxembourg gardens. Air conditioning very much appreciated with July's summer heat. Cafe's and markets close by which is nice after long day of sightseeing. Definitely would stay here again.

Great Apartment in an Outstanding Location

It is hard to imagine a better location in Paris, and the apartment is wonderful too. Almost all the attractions we wanted to visit were an easy walk. There are dozens of wonderful restaurants within 500 metres of the apartment.

The apartment itself was very well equipped, in great condition, and everything was in good working order.

We would definitely stay here again.

The perfect place for an incredible Paris visit.

The apartment was as good as it appears on the website. It was clean, comfortable, bright and in a great location. There were 4 of us, two couples and both bedrooms and bathrooms were lovely for both couples. The location was the best; close to corner cafes, markets, the river and many landmarks.The managers provided excellant service and we had an a fabulous visit.

All of our rates are weekly rates which means the price remains the same whether for 5 or 7 nights.
We however do offer some special rates for shorter stays depending on calendar and seasons.
Our rates include linens, towels & a final cleaning at the end of your stay.

Payment by credit card (AMEX, VISA, MASTERCARD), cash, and wire transfer. Minor fees apply to credit card transactions. 2.5% for Visas, 3.5% for AMEX

Since 2015, a tourist tax of 0,83 € is charged per guest & per night (does not apply to children under 18)

For shorter stays, the security deposit is typically made by credit card print, meaning no extra money is charged up front. Ask us for more details.

A representative will greet you at the apartment with the keys. This service is free of charge, with the exception of late check-ins (any day after 7pm), Sunday check-ins, and holiday check-ins. These incur a 50 €. fee. After 10pm, the fee increase
