This duplex- apartment is located in Saint Germain des Près, on a very calm & discrete street between the rue Jacob and the rue de Seine.

The apartment is extremely secure (2 codes and a fob), and on the top floors of a residential building with private elevator (only accessible with a key).

An elevator leads directly to the top floor of the duplex, where the kitchen and living area are located. A small interior staircase leads to the bedrooms and bathrooms below. The lower level also has direct access to the exterior stairwell and elevator.

Both bedrooms on the lower floor have king-sized beds. They also both have full en-suite bathrooms. One has a large Italian shower while the other one has a bathtub with shower combination.

There is also a separate half bathroom on the upper floor so there are three toilets in total.

The kitchen on the upper floor is fully equipped with modern appliances and is accesible from the living/dining area.

The icing on the cake is this private rooftop terrace of about 15 square meters. It is accessible from the upper floor by a fold-down staircase, which is admittedly steep, but very stable.

You can enjoy a glass of wine after a long day of sightseeing while admiring the stunning landscape of the beautiful Saint-Germain.

The location of this apartment was terrific and surrounded by galleries, restaurants, food stores, etc. The a/C in august was a pleasure to return to after a long day of site seeing. The view from the terrace is remarkable and can see many of the highlights of Paris. Megan O'Reilly was wonderful. She was helpful and always available for questions. The service was incredible and I would definitely recommend to others. And hope to go back again myself!

Great Apartment in an Outstanding Location

It is hard to imagine a better location in Paris, and the apartment is wonderful too. Almost all the attractions we wanted to visit were an easy walk. There are dozens of wonderful restaurants within 500 metres of the apartment.

The apartment itself was very well equipped, in great condition, and everything was in good working order.

We would definitely stay here again.

The perfect place for an incredible Paris visit.

The apartment was as good as it appears on the website. It was clean, comfortable, bright and in a great location. There were 4 of us, two couples and both bedrooms and bathrooms were lovely for both couples. The location was the best; close to corner cafes, markets, the river and many landmarks.The managers provided excellant service and we had an a fabulous visit.

Location, location, location!

Absolutely the perfect location. Located on a quite street, but blocks away from restaurants, bars, shops, and of course Buci. Three metros nearby.

Secure and safe, with multiple security doors. Private elevator to the apartment which is on its own floor. Terrance has a stunning view. A little scary getting at first, but the steps aren't too bad.

Elevator is small, but can fit 3 people of you squeeze in. There's a few steps down a curving stairs. There's another set of stairs to access the bedrooms. So, keep that in mind when selecting luggage.

The place is comfortable with everything you need. The extra powder room on the main floor with the kitchen and living room was very nice.

Considering that I had 4 different folks to deal with during my reservation, checkin and check out, renting with Glamparis was easy. This was my first time renting from this type of site and I had a ton of questions. They patiently answered everything. Paul met us at the apartment, explained everything, and even walked us to the supermarket. That was very nice considering he was off to start his vacation.

There were a few things in the apartment that could use a facelift, but everything is functional. I was told that they were going to renovate it after us, so I hope to stay there again!

Amazing apartment!

My family and I throughly enjoyed staying in this beautiful apartment! Very spacious and comfortable. Excellent location with plenty of cafes and shopping. Would be happy to stay here on my next visit!

Cozy apartment in an ideal location in Paris

The apartment is ideally located to enjoy the best shopping, dining, nightlife, etc., that Paris has to offer-just a few steps away. It is very close to many attractions as well as to public transportation, so essentially all of Paris is easily accessible. Moreover it has all the amenities one could ask for, full kitchen, comfortable accommodations, washer and dryer, plus a unique roof top patio with a great view. We would definitely stay there again. The GlamParis staff was a pleasure to work with and made it all quite simple. Definitely one of our favorites!

Great apartment in a great neighborhood

I stayed here with my wife and our 2 teenage children. Glamaparis was outstanding and we had all we needed to plan our trip long before our arrival. The apartment exceeded all expectations. It is spacious, clean, well maintained, and a perfect place to relax while touring Paris. The neighborhood is perfect. Everything you need for your stay is within a few blocks of the front door. We were able to walk to many Parisian points-of-interest. We can't wait to go back!

All of our rates are weekly rates which means the price remains the same whether for 5 or 7 nights.
We however do offer some special rates for shorter stays depending on calendar and seasons.
Our rates include linens, towels & a final cleaning at the end of your stay.

Payment by credit card (AMEX, VISA, MASTERCARD), cash, and wire transfer. Minor fees apply to credit card transactions. 2.5% for Visas, 3.5% for AMEX

Since 2015, a tourist tax of 0,83 € is charged per guest & per night (does not apply to children under 18)
