This duplex- apartment is located in Saint Germain des Près, on a very calm & discrete street between the rue Jacob and the rue de Seine.
The apartment is extremely secure (2 codes and a fob), and on the top floors of a residential building with private elevator (only accessible with a key).
An elevator leads directly to the top floor of the duplex, where the kitchen and living area are located. A small interior staircase leads to the bedrooms and bathrooms below. The lower level also has direct access to the exterior stairwell and elevator.
Both bedrooms on the lower floor have king-sized beds. They also both have full en-suite bathrooms. One has a large Italian shower while the other one has a bathtub with shower combination.
There is also a separate half bathroom on the upper floor so there are three toilets in total.
The kitchen on the upper floor is fully equipped with modern appliances and is accesible from the living/dining area.
The icing on the cake is this private rooftop terrace of about 15 square meters. It is accessible from the upper floor by a fold-down staircase, which is admittedly steep, but very stable.
You can enjoy a glass of wine after a long day of sightseeing while admiring the stunning landscape of the beautiful Saint-Germain.

The location of this apartment was terrific and surrounded by galleries, restaurants, food stores, etc. The a/C in august was a pleasure to return to after a long day of site seeing. The view from the terrace is remarkable and can see many of the highlights of Paris. Megan O'Reilly was wonderful. She was helpful and always available for questions. The service was incredible and I would definitely recommend to others. And hope to go back again myself!
The apartment is ideally located to enjoy the best shopping, dining, nightlife, etc., that Paris has to offer-just a few steps away. It is very close to many attractions as well as to public transportation, so essentially all of Paris is easily accessible. Moreover it has all the amenities one could ask for, full kitchen, comfortable accommodations, washer and dryer, plus a unique roof top patio with a great view. We would definitely stay there again. The GlamParis staff was a pleasure to work with and made it all quite simple. Definitely one of our favorites!
I stayed here with my wife and our 2 teenage children. Glamaparis was outstanding and we had all we needed to plan our trip long before our arrival. The apartment exceeded all expectations. It is spacious, clean, well maintained, and a perfect place to relax while touring Paris. The neighborhood is perfect. Everything you need for your stay is within a few blocks of the front door. We were able to walk to many Parisian points-of-interest. We can't wait to go back!
The place was just like the pictures. We were met by Paul who showed us around the apartment. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Large French windows opened up on both levels so let fresh air in. The A/C worked as well for those hot days. The rooftop terrace was perfect. Great views, chairs to sit on and look out over Paris. This was our favourite place to sit with some wine after a long day walking around. There were lots of restaurants right around the area to choose from. Close to subway station and shops. Very safe and active location. Our daughters aged 16 and 20 went out together sometimes while we rested at the apartment and my wife was fine with that. Also a 5 minute walk to the river. It was what we had hoped for with the location being perfect to walk around Paris.
Our family had the most amazing visit to Paris, in large part to this wonderful apartment located in highly sought after Saint-Germain. First, the apartment was exactly as the photos illustrate, beautifully appointed, very modern and sleek with the latest technologies. The two-floor configuration was perfect for our two teenagers, and the apartment has plenty of room for each family member to have their own space. Because the apartment is so perfectly located in the 6th Arr., there was never a shortage of markets, brasseries, patisseries, cafes/bistros, creperies and galleries nearby. And we were a 5 min walk to the beautiful Seine. The Glamaparis staff, couldn't have been more helpful in accommodating us. Sarah was in constant communication with us and ensured that we had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. We would definitely stay here again, and highly recommend it to others!
We were met promptly by Samia on a Sunday morning. She helped us with our bags- which was quite an experience. The apt was lovely and perfect for the two of us. The AC was a lifesaver! The bathrooms are modern and impeccably clean. The closet storage is tremendous. The elevator that stops between floors is a bit tricky due the the tiny angled steps when wearing heels or carrying luggage.Entering the building through several doors with codes and a fob seems secure from outsiders but also seems a wee bit scary at night and somewhat tricky to stay dry in the rain. Once inside- all is serene and tranquil! Lots of electrical plugs to charge your devices, soft comfy towels, and a well stocked kitchen with a dishwasher. We never quite figured out why the coffee maker kept most of the water in the top part with the grinds. We managed to get a cup and a half each before setting out. The washer/dryer combo was great sometimes and sometimes multiple drying so were needed. Don't wash the night before you leave in case it does not dry properly. Everything you could want awaits you below at street level. Laduree is two blocks away and became a daily stop for a pistachio pastry to take back to apt. The location cannot be beat! So close to fabulous shopping and restaurants all around St Germaine and along the Seine.We were so close to our dinner cruise aboard Calife- very convenient even in high heels. Our best meal near the apt was at Le Bistrot d'Henri on Rue Princesse. Soufflés at La Cuisine de Phillippe were fab! Dinner at Le Timbre was nice and then very close by and special was our meal at Le Restaurant on Rue Des Beaux-Arts. Go to Le Relais Entrecôte for steak and frites either on your first night or last night when you are not up for a long 3 hr meal and not sure of your arrival time. Le Restaurant is near at 20, rue Saint Benoit. There is a large City Pharma on 26 rue du Four that has all the French beauty creams to take back home, Ralph Lauren's flagship store is near on St Germaine as is the restaurant Ralph's. There is also a tiny Louis Vuitton on St Germaine as well.Go to Huiterie Regis for fresh oysters and jumbo prawns.Lunch at Fajitas and Cafe Le Dauphine are musts (both on rue Dauphine) followed by Thai Massage on same street. We also had foot massages at a place on Rue Dauphine. We always eat at La Jacobine (closed Mon)at 59 Rue Saint-Andres des Arts- close to apt and wonderful meal! The nearby Prescription cocktail lounge is nice before dinner.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this apartment. We stayed in many other apartment in Paris for over 15 years. This was by far our favorite!
The apartment is in Saint Germain des Près, in one of the most enchanting neighborhoods in all of Paris. The surrounding cafés are the same ones visited by Jean-Paul Sartres, Simone de Beauvoir, and Pablo Picasso. Nearby as well is the Jardin de Luxembourg, the Latin Quarter, and the Cluny Museum.The area is quintessentially Parisian and its central location ensures that you'll be able to take advantage of all that Paris has to offer.

All of our rates are weekly rates which means the price remains the same whether for 5 or 7 nights.
We however do offer some special rates for shorter stays depending on calendar and seasons.
Our rates include linens, towels & a final cleaning at the end of your stay.
Payment by credit card (AMEX, VISA, MASTERCARD), cash, and wire transfer. Minor fees apply to credit card transactions. 2.5% for Visas, 3.5% for AMEX
Since 2015, a tourist tax of 0,83 € is charged per guest & per night (does not apply to children under 18)
For shorter stays, the security deposit is typically made by credit card print, meaning no extra money is charged up front. Ask us for more details.
A representative will greet you at the apartment with the keys. This service is free of charge, with the exception of late check-ins (any day after 7pm), Sunday check-ins, and holiday check-ins. These incur a 50 €. fee. After 10pm, the fee increase
Wifi, international calling, cable TV, and final cleaning are included in the rate.
