About Stephanie Williams
I grew up on Grange Farm near Alvechurch, qualified as a physiotherapist in 1983. Moved to Irelands Farm with my family in 2000 to help my father run the self-catering cottages and practice Physiotherapy from the Farm House. In 2013 my father retired and left the business to his children. In my spare time I love to mess about on sailing yachts down in the Solent. Stephanie Williams purchased this cottage in 1987
Why Stephanie Williams chose Lapworth
Irelands Farm continues to be a family run business and has seen many changes over the years with improvements to the Farm House and conversion of the farm buildings. The cottages are set in a sheltered courtyard and enjoy the calm and tranquility of the countryside.
What makes this Cottage unique
Hazel cottage enjoys a remote and peaceful setting right in the middle of a working arable farm. Yet remains within walking distance (2.5 miles) from the pretty village of Henley in Arden and convenient for the motorway network.

lovely spot for a restful break, very comfortable cottage well situated for visiting Warwick, Stratford and Birmingham
Lovely location and well equipped.
Really enjoyed our stay. Great for dog walking.
Very clean and had everything needed for a great stay/ in great rural location.
A very relaxing short break to celebrate husbands 70th birthday. The cottage had everything we needed and the host was very friendly and helpful. Would return in the future.
Thank you for your lovely comments, It was a pleasure having you, we very much look forward to seeing you again.
My partner and myself had a great time at Hazel cottage. We have used homeaway numerous times before and this cottage has been the best to date. All amenities were available within the property and Stephanie was so helpful during our stay. All the rooms were large and the pictures don't do the cottage justice. When we stay in the midlands again we shall use this cottage again.
Thank you so much for your lovely comments. We very much look forward to having you again in the future.
I stayed in the cottage for 3 weeks and have to say that it is a perfect home away from home - everything is provided for you, from pots, pans, linen, washing up liquid etc etc. Stephanie even provides a small jug of milk and some macaroons for your first cuppa!
Stephanie herself is extremely friendly and helpful, and willing to make sure you have everything you need.
The only thing to be aware of, is that as this is a cottage on a farm, it is located a little off the beaten track. You find it at the end of about a mile of country lane which is very dark and is only wide enough for one car for long stretches. There are some passing places - but it is worth being aware of this, especially if you visit in the dark months, and making sure that you are prepared for it (e.g. I made sure I had a good torch in the car, just incase!).
It is also tricky to find the first time, especially when it is dark and you are following a Sat Nav! The lane to access it (Camp Lane), is a very small concealed entrance immediately after the Finest Catch restaurant - its worth looking at it on Google Maps, so that you know what you are looking for, as I missed it the first couple of times!!
what a lovely little cottage! we were only there for three nights - but it would have made an ideal base for a much longer stay. Everything that you needed was there from usual kitchen utensils to hand mixers and pastry equipment.
Thank you Jane, Really pleased you enjoyed your stay with us.
