Stunning Provencal Villa with 4 air conditioned double bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Spacious fully fitted kitchen, separate dining room and living area with open fireplace. Study / library with sofa bed could be used as additional bedroom (ideal for children / teenager), sleeping up to 10 people in total. Free WIFI and Netflix. Cot and high-chair available. Fabulous pool house with fully equipped summer kitchen, complete with seating area and dining table to seat 8-10. Outside shower and WC. Electric gates and double garage for parking. Quiet, private road on the edge of the popular village Roquefort Les Pins. Less than 20 minutes drive from Nice airport; 10 minutes to Valbonne market town and 15 minutes to St Paul de Vence. Mountains 20 minutes, beaches 20 minutes. Ideal location!

Pleasant week despite the heatwave!

We enjoyed our week at this villa, a quiet location with a fantastic pool. We used the pool area a lot due to the heatwave and really enjoyed the outside dining/kitchen area. The aircon in the bedrooms was a welcome relief. The property manager was very responsive and pleasant to deal with. Close to amenities and super markets/restaurants. We ordered pizzas in one night too from Pizza des Pins. Went to valbonne for the market and for dinner at Terra Rossa. Thank you for a lovely week.

Fantastic family friendly villa in a prime location!

We have just returned from a weeks holiday in the beautiful Villa Mimosa. We were two families looking for a villa in the South of France close to local towns and beaches but would also be great to stay at for the day, and this villa delivered all this and much more. The amazing outside kitchen became the hub of the holiday, providing great cooking facilities, family meals and shade when needed. Around the pool there were 8 very comfortable sunloungers and diving board in the pool provided great entertainment. Inside the 4 lovely airconditioned bedrooms were very welcome after a long hot day, each with very good en-suite bathrooms. The whole house has been a huge success and along with the support from Stephanie and John, we have all had a fantastic family holiday and are looking forward to planning our return!

Absolutely charming villa in a fantastic location

We had the most wonderful holiday at Villa Mimosa. The listing if anything didn’t showcase just how great the place was. The accommodation was truly first rate, the pool incredible and the surrounding grounds beautiful. What a great for our family who lived every second. Cannot wait to come back again next year! Fabulous Stay, Fantastic Villa and a Perfect Location

We were stayed at the villa in early September 2018. We were a couple (in our thirties) and three additional single adults (aged from 50 to 62). The four very well proportioned double bedrooms, each with bathrooms were perfect for our stay. The villa is gated and has an impressive footprint and is deceptively large, with plenty of rooms to hang out as a group or on your own. The summer kitchen is amazing, well equipped and versatile; it’s where we spent most of our time together as a group. The heated pool is an added bonus, along with the outside shower and toilet. The sun is on the villa all day, there are plenty of sun loungers available (with umbrellas) around the pool, plus there are loads of places to sit outside to dine alfresco. The gardens are wonderfully kept, with lime and orange trees. The villa is situated in Roquefort le Pins which is an ideal location for exploring nearby villages. We went to a number of lovely quaint villages, Mougins, Gourdon, St Paul de Vence and Valbonne are definitely worth a visit; as is Cannes. Everything is accessible in about a 20 to 30 minutes drive. The owners Tom and Caroline are wonderful people, they also offer useful ‘hints, tips and recommendations’ if you want them. John is also great, he went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed for our stay. All in all this was a fabulous holiday for all of us to enjoy. We will definitely be making a return visit!!

Really great location and perfect size villa for 5 adults.

If you want to be close to Antibes, Cannes and Nice then this location is perfect. Valbonne is a really lovely village near by and has the traditional square for outside eating and bouquet shops. Great size pool and very clean, it now needs refurbishing as tiles are missing or very loose around the pool edge and pool floor. Outside eating area used extensively as it was so warm both in the day and during the evening.
