Happy Hour Barbados is a new construction located in Maxwell Park, Christ Church. This quiet, safe, family friendly neighbourhood is approximately 15 minutes from the airport and is located just off the main road with easy access to public transit.

Located just two minutes away is one of Barbados most beautiful white sandy beaches and, a short 10 minute walk is Oistins Fish Market (home of the famous fish fry). There is a grocery store, gas station; bank with ATM, a good selection of restaurants, and bars just under a five minute walk. If you are looking for nightlife then St. Lawrence Gap is definitely the place for you! Here you will find more great restaurants, bars and even a little karaoke. Come enjoy everything the Caribbean has to offer!

The main level apartment has its own separate entrance, offers lots of sunlight, a refreshing breeze and is bright, crisp and clean.

The beautiful, large kitchen features all the conveniences of home with full sized stainless steel appliances, professional grade cookware, stunning granite counter tops and plenty of counter space. The hand crafted dining room table seats eight with additional seating at the breakfast bar. The spacious living room includes a 55 inch flat screen TV with cable, along with a stereo and an iPod doc, perfect for unwinding after a hard day at the beach. Or if you choose, relax on the private patio and enjoy an ice cold beer or tasty Barbados rum while grilling on the built in charcoal bbq as you take in the Caribbean sunset.

There are three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master suite has a king size bed with a stunning ensuite that features an impressive nine foot glass walk-in shower, tile throughout, beautiful large vanity with granite countertop. The second bedroom has plenty of room as well the option of two twin beds or a king size bed, as you wish. The lovely third bedroom is also a good size and has a queen size bed. All three bedrooms are complete with remote controlled air-conditioners for your convenience. The additional main bathroom has a large vanity with granite countertop, and shower.

This spacious apartment sleeps six guests comfortably.

Excellent Choice

Happy Hour was the perfect location for our family. We didn’t want to feel like tourists so was looking for something that would help us have a true island experience. The location was perfect. I agree with the other reviewers about the dishwasher but it wasn’t that big of a deal. My only suggestion would be an a/c unit in the living room. It gets very warm. The units in the bedroom were awesome.

We enjoyed evenings on the patio, the grill and snorkeling equipment.

We were within walking distance to Oistens which is a definite vacation experience.

Would definitely stay here again!

doorway to the island

We stayed at the residence in June 2018. The neighborhood was very nice. The house was as advertised. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Plenty of towels and sheets were provided. We were within walking distance of several restaurants and a grocery store. We were also within walking distance of the local bus line which allowed us to access many points on the island. We were able to take the bus to downtown Bridgeton and shop. We were also able to go to the Ostins fish fry which had locally prepared and very tasty fresh fish. We were also able to take a bus to the St. Lawrence gap where again we had many beautiful beaches and fabulous restaurants to visit. I would highly recommend this house if you are planning to visit Barbados.

Loved the space and location

My family of 5 loves to visit Barbados and we have stayed in hotels in the past. This time we sought after a house for additional space and wanted an ideal location. This house had ample amount of space, modern furnishings and was convenient to restaurants and the beaches. We stayed on the bottom level which sleeps up to 6 people and used the patio area to eat and socialize with friends. The owners made sure we had everything we needed. We highly recommend it!

Beautiful house in residential area

Clean house, great outdoor area with constant breeze, close to bus stop allowing easy access to various beaches or travel to Bridgetown.

Owners are wonderful people who truly care about providing a relaxing spot for their guests!

The Happy Hour Villa has everything a family needs.

This is a fantastic property. It has all the amenities, very quiet neighborhood, close to the beach and to night life if you so choose. The outdoor patio is a great place to spend your evening. Barbados is an awesome destination

Most delightful! Definite gem!

My friends and I stayed here during Cropover . First and foremost much thanks to Stacie and Collin for taking what some may deem a risk in renting their place to crop over partiers. Thank you guys! There was constant communication between us and they were most responsive to my silly questions.

We were in the 2 bedroom upstairs apartment which was outfitted with everything we could ever need! We were indeed pleasantly surprised. It was apparent that they thought to provide everything someone on an island vacation could possibly need!

The location is great as it is within walking distance of small shops and you can easily take the $2 maxis to Oistins or the supermarket if you dont feel like walking. The grounds are well maintained and cleaning services were provided during our stay. The neighbour Mr. Allan even provided some transportation services, which we definitely appreciated.

I highly and without reservation recommend this place for any family or group of friends vacationing in Barbados. It is a true gem!!!!
