Cozy 3 bedroom apartment located in an old Ibizan house

Rustic apartment located in an old Ibicencan house with private independent garden and 70 m from the beach. Located in a residential area, it has 3 cozy rooms, 2 of them with bathroom, and a complete kitchen. One of the rooms with bathroom is located in a separate module next to the garden. In the upper part of the kitchen there is the little board, a rustic and very cozy space, with a maximum height of 1.50 meters, where wood predominates and which is accessed by a staircase. A stay to relax watching TV or listening to music and that can also be used as a bedroom. The garden is specially designed for cozy evenings spaces. It has a pool of 3.5 meters in diameter. Also it has private parking for cars. Ideal for couples with children.

It is 3 km from the town of Sant Antoni and about 5 km from Sant Agustí des Vedrà, one of the most beautiful villages on the island. Excellent communication with the beaches and most valuable of the island of Ibiza coves, as well as major tourist attractions.

Brilliant stay!

Bellissimo il giardino ma poco spazio e male organizzato in cucina.

Siamo una famiglia e al nostro arrivo abbiamo avuto ottima accoglienza da parte del proprietario ma la spiacevole scoperta di trovare in cucina tutto da pulire: stoviglie, tazze , le pentole e piatti sporchi. Con pochissimo spazio e scomodo in cui riporre le cose, abbiamo trasformato i tavolini presenti in cucina in dispensa. Mancavano cose che il proprietario ci ha prontamente fornito scusandosi anche del problema della mancata pulizia. Le stanze e i letti piccole, una anche senza aria condizionata, il solo ventilatore non bastava a rinfrescarla. A favore lo spazio del giardino, la piscina e la veranda, unico posto in cui poter comodamente mangiare, la camera con accesso indipendente che è stata perfetta e comoda perché avevo un ospite. La posizione è vicino al mare ma non ci siamo mai stati sia perché frequentate da troppi giovani inglesi fuori di testa, e perché vicino ci sono cala e spiagge da vedere molto più belle. Per fortuna eravamo lontano dal caos della movida di Sant Antoni quindi una sistemazione silenziosa. Nelle vicinanze con la macchina abbiamo trovato ottimo Supermercato Eroski. Comoda come base per girare l'isola ma il prezzo forse eccessivo.

Owner's Response: Agradezco tu opinión, aunque considero que el comentario acerca de la limpieza de la vajilla es injusto. Precisamente la limpieza de las habitaciones, baños, cocina o jardín es uno de los aspectos mejor valorados por mis clientes, tal y como te comenté personalmente. Es cierto que los vasos y los platos no presentaban el mejor aspecto. El agua de la casa (al estar muy cerca del mar) tiene un alto contenido en sal y cuando se limpian no quedan brillantes. He tomado nota para que el servicio de limpieza repare en esta circunstancia y, a partir de ahora, abrillante con algún producto inocuo la vajilla. Siento que, por tu comentario, los futuros clientes puedan generalizar y pensar que no se cuida la limpieza general. Insisto: éste es y ha sido uno de los principales aspectos que pongo en valor, no sólo en mi casa, sino también cuando yo viajo y me hospedo en otras casas o establecimientos. Respecto a la organización de la cocina acepto tu crítica, pero también te recuerdo que, tal y como aparece en la descripción del anuncio, la casa está preparada para 4 personas, con opción a dos más. Se entiende que la capacidad ideal es de 4 personas y pienso que reúne las condiciones necesarias para ese número. También te dije que si encontrabas a faltar algún utensilio, me lo dijeras. Así lo hiciste y enseguida te traje lo que te hacía falta. Mi trato con los clientes siempre lo establezco a partir de la confianza para decir si les falta algo. Cada cliente es diferente y pide cosas diferentes que están previstas pero que, por cuestiones de espacio, no puedo tener siempre a mano, pero sí disponibles (tablas de planchar, cunas, sillitas para bebés, sillas o mesas extra, batidoras, cuchillos especiales....). En cuanto a la habitación con ventilador, efectivamente es la única que no tiene aire acondicionado. Primero por lo que te dije anteriormente de la capacidad y, también, porque es la que suelen utilizar los niños pequeños cuando vienen, y valoramos (porque también tengo tres niños) que para evitar resfriados era mejor no ponerla, teniendo en cuenta, además, que se trata de una casa de piedra, muy fresca y con paredes de más de medio metro de grosor. Por últimno, respecto a las playas, decirte que la playa que está junto a la casa, es una de las mejor valoradas por las familias ibicencas. Es cierto que no es la más bonita, pero también hay que tener en cuenta otras prestaciones que los que vivimos en la isla valoramos, como el hecho de que esté poco masificada.
