Clean and compact, good value
Our family of 4 adults enjoyed this compact, well equipped mobile home. Good value with bedding and towels included. Quiet location.
However probably wouldn't recommend the twin and single room beds if you are 6' plus.
Clean cabin in quiet, rural setting
The cabin is well located for exploring the Jurassic Coast as it is not too far from all the main attractions. It was a bit too 'cosy' for 4 adults as rooms are small but would suit a family with young children. Only 2 towels were provided. The owners were there to check us in on when we arrived however we did not see them again during our 4 night stay.
We just spent 4 nights at this 3 bed lodge and (5 of us). Well equipped, lovely surroundings and very quiet.
We’d defo recommend this lodge for anyone who wants to experience Dorset but not quite ready for camping life or have less mobile travellers who can’t stay in a tent.
The owners were lovely and we also made friends with the horse in the field next to the lodge. Thanks Guys.
veary nice indeed
Quiet family friendly location
We had a wonderful time. Everything was as described. Fantastic views over the fields. My granddaughter loved Ruperts sons horse and the sheep, she's 15 months. My grandson who is a keen footballer (age 5) had a wonderful large field to play in safely. Lovely terrace to sit on peacefully once the children were sleeping. The farm shop is well equipped. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Wonderful holiday had by all. 😁
Lovely place to stay
Lovely place on a working farm overlooking open fields with sheep and horses grazing. The lodge was clean and well equipped with everything you need for a short stay, including nice little touches like tea and coffee, tea towels, toilet roll and washing up liquid which was a nice surprise in self catering accomodation. There is a small deck attached to the lodge so you can sit and enjoy the beautiful scenery and peaceful surroundings. There is a farm shop and tea room on site if you fancy some refreshments. The lodge is ldeally located for visiting the areas attractions and Blandford Is only a short drive away for supermarkets and food etc. We really enjoyed our short stay and would look to stay again if we were in the area.
