Ideally located on the SEA-FRONT Tower Rd, SLIEMA, at about midpoint of the legendary 5 mile Promenade between Sliema Ferries and Spinola Bay in St. Julian, right at the sandy beach, the boat dock and the beautiful waterside park. It is very near the St. Julian boarder. Many restaurants, bars and stores are within a few steps. Bus stop with many direct buses to most nature sites is right at the building. Apartment is licensed and quality monitored by Malta Tourism Authority.

As for our visit to Malta this time around,we were very happy with our choice our apartment in Sliema!We were pleased with the location and view!The apartment is located is a very good spot that gives you any choice of taking the bus which both stops are locating just outside the front door.Plus most things and places are walking distance away!So much to choice from like restaurants,stores and casinos!The sea is a stonethrow away from the apartment but not much sandy beach areas if you are looking for that!I really was surprised to find everything we needed to make our stay in the apartment satisfying!For example:they supplied us with tea,coffee,milk,bread,shower gel,shampoo,toilet paper and everything else you could think of!A welcome bottle of bubbly and home made bread too!What else could you ask for!

I rate this place,the owners and Ed an 10plus for making our stay in Malta memorable!

We will be back and for sure renting the same apartment!

Great location

We had a lovely stay at this apartment. We arrived in the early hours of the morning and were greeted by Ed who was very friendly and helpful. St. Julians is busy and has a few lively areas. If you want a homely friendly place to stay that has everything you'd need for S/C I would recommend this apartment. We went onto the quieter side of the island to stay in the 5* Radison blu Hotel for my daughter's wedding. We were very happy with both accommodations and the variety in locations. Definitely be returning to Malta.

Long stay in September

After visiting Malta several times we decided to stay in an apartment on this trip. We made the perfect choice because Martin's (great person to deal with) apartment was in a ideal location positioned between St. Julians and Sliema both within walking distance and close to restaurants and shops. The apartment itself had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable with a lovely view over the ocean. Felix was a great help both on arrival and departure. Thank you for the wake up call! We would definitely stay there again when we return to Malta.

Great views but sadly a tired apartment

Great views from the balcony over the seafront and towards St Julian’s Bay. Good location with bus stops within a few steps of front door. Nice walk from apartment towards St Georges Bay and Sliema Ferries. Good communication with Martin the owner and Felix the manager. The apartment was clean and also cleaned the second week of our stay. The cleaner was very friendly. Unfortunately on arrival we found there was no hair dryer, steam iron or airer but all were provided when I emailed Martin. Plus a new ironing board was provided. The TV gets loads channels but not BBC1, 2, ITV, Channel 4 or 5. Luckily we had the internet as we could get the radio and British TV channels via our Tablet. This apartment is in a very good location for getting around but unfortunately very tired and very noisy. Although bathroom has a Jacuzzi there is a shower but not powerful and the shower screen is old and damaged and in need of immediate replacing. The bedroom would benefit from wardrobes and drawers. The kitchen area is old and dated and in need of updating. The table and chairs are tired and warn and need replacing as do much of the furnishings. The apartment is not double glazed and being on the seafront and corner there is a lot of traffic noise all hours of the day and night. Travel around the island was easy on the bus and great value 6.5 euro for a weekly travel anywhere ticket. There are many restaurants along the seafront. There is a grocer in the side street where you can get most things and also found a supermarket in St Julian's Bay and in Sliema – both were on the bus route. We enjoyed our stay in Malta and got to see most of the island. Found the people to be very friendly but do move at their own pace. Travelling on the bus was an experience with 37 seated and 34 standing and some drivers used their mobiles whilst driving - not good practice. Malta has few sandy beaches. The history of Malta is a long and colourful one dating back to the dawn of civilisation.

Owner's Response: Great lady to chat with and super super demanding ! Could not impress her enough but would not mind having her over again. Can't win them all. Most of the things she thought were 'tired' are redone by now and a few remaining ones are being worked on as much as possible with our back to back bookings. Thank you for your visit Gasportgal ! A good find!

We would like to say how much we enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It's in a wonderful position overlooking Balutta Bay, with a small sandy beach only metres away. We enjoyed breakfasting on the balcony each day, and loved exploring the island again on the buses. Everything we needed was provided - the apartment is very well equipped for self-catering. Felix, the local contact, was charming and extremely helpful.

Although it didn't say on the arrival instructions, we were able to catch the X2 Express Bus from the airport, which stops right outside the apartment at the bus stop called 'Antik'. At the airport it says on the front of the bus (and the timetables) that it's going to St Julian's, but if you just stay on when it gets there, it goes on to Sliema, and then back to the airport. So you arrive from the airport, and depart to the airport on the same side of the road (directly opposite the front of the apartment).

We would love to stay in the apartment again - but for a bit longer next time!

SHORT BREAK APRIL 2011

We were very impressed with this apartment. It was so well-equipped you couldn't want for anything and it was great to have plenty of hot water available at all times. Not only that, there was heating/air conditioning to keep you warm, especially in the evenings when temperatures had cooled down. The apartment is well placed with bus stops virtually outside the door, giving easy access to all parts of the island. Felix [the agent] was very friendly and helpful, making all the arrangements for taxis to and from the airport. There is a handy mini-supermarket just round the corner and plenty of places to eat nearby if you want to. I would certainly recommend this property.
