Luxurious 3 bed very bright spacious house with complimentary car parking 2 cars. The house set in an impressive landscaped private development just off Mount Merrion Ave, Blackrock. The property is within walking distance of Blackrock village (10 mins), Blackrock Clinic the Michael Smurfit School of Business, (UCD) University College Dublin and only 25 minutes by DART (Dublin Access Rail Transport) from Dublin city centre.

The space

The property comprises of entrance hall with under stairs storage, guest cloakroom, living room, large bright modern Italian styled kitchen with all integrated top of the range appliances.

Separate utility room with washer and dryer and an additional fridge and an excellent food storage cupboard.

Upstairs there are two double bedrooms, the master has its own en suite. There is also a single bedroom / study, all bedrooms have excellent wardrobes/storage. There is the main family bathroom on this level.

Had a fantastic stay in Justin's home. The house is

Immaculate, well kept and has everything you could possibly need for a home away from home experience. The location of the property is idyllic, quiet secluded development in an affluent suburb of Dublin. Perfect for exploring the stunning Dublin coastline but also very quick access to the City, with excellent public transport links. Nothing to fault. Justin was a fantastic host and was exceptionally prompt and helpful in all communication. Highly recommend this property !
