Guests have easy access to Mount Athos, the prehistoric cave of Petralona, the traditional windmill of Ormilia and beaches unique beauty in all over the world, the great monastery of the region and beautiful country churches where someone can see fabulous deer.

My house is 30 metres from two big super markets
and very close to cafe, beach bars, restorants and various commercial shops.
There are near pharmacies and the general hospital of Halkidiki in Polygyros.
It is also possible to come doctor at home.
The area of Psakoudia
Located at the foot of a pine forest, with beautiful sandy beaches and crystal blue waters, Psakoudia is now a wonderful tourist destination. They are only 50 minutes from Thessaloniki and 20 minutes from Nea Moudania and the capital of Halkidiki Polygyros.
An advantage is that the region is located exactly in the heart of Chalkidiki, making it the best area for excursions, so you can visit all the sights, the beaches and fun in the first and the second leg.
On the other hand, you will have amazing time even if you stay all days in the region.There are Beach bars with vibrant nightlife located as far away from the houses you need to be able to walk, but also that there is no disturbance from noise. The taverns and pizza places are waiting for you to enjoy the specialties, but also a variety of stores for shopping.

This property is better than advertised. It is 10 min leisurely walk from restaurants and beaches with amenities. It also has access to wild beach. It is only 3-4 min drive from nicer, smaller hidden beaches. It has a wonderful view. The home is furnished with absolutely everything one will need. The stone townhouse is gorgeous and much better than what you see in the pictures. Host live nearby and are available almost 24/7. Great benefit! Our group of 8 adults and 2 children had a great time and we are most definitely going back!
