These two newly renovated, first floor serviced 2 bedroom apartments are located a short walk from the city's bustling bars, restaurants, cafes and shops.

The Apartments are ideal for business travellers, city centre shopping, great nightlife and Chester races.

The apartments are accessible via the same main external door and are the only two apartments on the first floor landing of the property. These apartments can be booked together or separately.

These 2 apartments are listed individually on this site (see Mia's Place 02 and Mia's Place 03) and can be booked separately via their own listings or together on this listing.

These two newly renovated, first floor serviced apartments each have 2 double bedrooms, newly fitted open plan kitchen/living area and newly fitted bathroom.

Each apartment has bedrooms which comes complete with bed linen, wardrobes, work area/dressing table, towels, mirror and hair dryer.

Each of the 2 living areas have a double sofas together with a double sofa beds should this be required.

Each living area will also have a 43” wall mounted flat screen smart TV.

Each of the two kitchen areas is fully fitted with microwave oven, cooker, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, fridge/freezer, washing machine, cooking utensils, pots and pans together with plates, cutlery and glasses should you choose to cook or just have a leisurely drink. High chair and cot are available at request.

The newly fitted bathrooms have both a bath with shower.

The apartments also benefits from fibre optic ultra fast broadband which is truly unlimited.

Entry to the properties is via key code to allow flexibility for check-in and check-out. The code will be provided prior to check-in.

The apartments are accessible via the same main external door and are the only two apartments on the first floor landing of the property. These apartments can be booked together or separately.

The apartments are serviced before you arrive by our team of professional housekeepers who provide professionally laundered hotel quality bedding and towels as well as complementary shampoo and conditioner.

Tea and coffee are also provided.

Location

The apartments are located a short stroll from the railway station and city centre. They are also only a stone’s throw from the new flagship Waitrose store where you will be able to stock up on any essentials you require.

The apartments come complete with 2 off street parking spaces located around a minutes’ walk from the apartments. Free Parking is available on some of the streets surrounding the apartment and there is a small pay and display car park close to the apartments offering free parking after 5pm and only 20p for 2 hours or £3.00 all day).

Chester Race course is around a 20 minute walk from the apartments either through the city with its bustling bars, restaurants and shops or around the city walls with their picturesque views of the city’s architecture and river.

These apartments are ideal for both business and leisure travels due to their proximity to the city centre. They are also only a 10 minute drive to Chester Zoo or 15 minutes to Cheshire Oaks Designer Outlet village, with its many designer outlet stores, restaurants, cinema and Blue Planet Aquarium.

The apartments are close to excellent public transport links, Chester Zoo can be reached in about 30 minutes door to door.

Loved the apartment.

Ultra clean and has everything we needed for a great stay.

The place was huge.
