This is a one bedroom/one bath cottage with sunny enclosed porch which is located on a large lot with lots of room for spreading out the lawn chairs or setting up a badminton game or croquet set. It's just a short walk to the yacht club, a bit more challenging 1 1/2 mile to downtown or a good workout at the nature trail across the street. There is plenty of room for your 30' runabout or your kayak.

About Twyla Webb
We are a retired marina owner/farmer and Spanish prof who love to travel, meet people and enjoy life. during the summer we can be found cruising the St. Lawrence rive/ Rideau Canal and surrounding area in our 1912 40' yacht or our 26' wooden runabout. At other times, we might be seen putting around in the 1930 model A or zipping off to golf in the 1986 Mercedes convertible. We have been known to have a morning Coffee and Caesar party on the lawn before the Antique Boat Parade or boating or golfing gathering in mid-afternoon. Although we grew up in different parts of the area - one in Montreal and Hudson, Quebec and the other in a small town in the foothills of the Catskills, we both love the St. Lawrence River and met in the middle of it several years ago. Obviously, we love the River and our antique boats to the point that we are very active in working to guarantee that the River will be available for future generations to enjoy as we have. We hope that you will join us here and learn why we love the St. Lawrence River.
