Via Volta is a lovely garden flat located in Lenno, just above town and in a great position, walking distance from the shops and supermarket and a short walk from the lake front too. Restaurants at walking distance, hikes in the hills above or along the lake by following the Greenway.

In a new residential complex, in Via Volta, hence the name, this apartment is on ground level with a nice large garden, the first flat in the row so neighbours only on one side and tranquil. The garden is L shaped and runs round the house to the back as well and can be accessed from the bedrooms too.

Entering the garden you have the portico with table and chairs to enjoy the outside area, entering the apartment from the front door you have the living space to the left and the ample kitchen to the right.

Fully equipped kitchen with all mod cons for your comfort. The dining area separates the living area and the kitchen. The living space is very comfortable with sitting space for everyone.

There is also a desk from where you can work if you must! Or look up hikes or walks and what to do the next day of your holiday.

From this room you also have access to the laundry and storage room.

Going thru to the sleeping area you have 2 bedrooms, the first is the Master bedroom with a large Queen size bed, ample wardrobe space and large French windows that open onto the back garden. The second bedroom has 2 single beds that can also be made up into a double on request.

The bathroom is large, modern, with a large walk in shower, wc, bidet and basin.

Lenno is a great Lake Como town, busy with locals and tourists too, lots of lake front restaurants, cafes, a lovely Lido, the amazing Villa Balbianello and the surrounding walks, connected to nearby towns via the Greenway, the best Lake Como market on Tuesday mornings, the boat stop and boat connecting to the rest of lake or just sitting having an ice cream and enjoying the scenery!

We higly recommend this property and town as it is one of our favourites for a family!

  • PAYMENT INFORMATION

    A deposit payment of 25% of the rental cost will be requested to confirm your booking. The balance is payable one month before your arrival.

    The service charge of €100 includes: linen, towels and final clean.

    If you are staying longer than a week and would like a clean linen change please select this extra option in the booking form.

    A security deposit of €250 will be requested on arrival and returned to you at departure unless no damages have occurred.

    TOURIST TAX

    Please keep in mind that the municipality of Lenno charges a daily tourist tax of €2 per person (children below 14 yrs of age are exempt) for the first 10 days of your stay. This amount will be collected in CASH by LoveComo at check in.

    ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES

    Check in time is between 3 to 6pm.

    It is important that you inform us of your estimated time of arrival a few days in advance by email to: info@lovecomo.com so we can arrange meet and greet services. If you do not advise us of arrival times outside the stipulated hours of 3 to 6pm, we reserve the right to charge a €50 surcharge to cover late arrival costs, which will be deducted from your security deposit.

    Should you wish to arrive earlier than 3pm and your property is ready, we will be happy to conduct an earlier check in.

    Check out is prior to 10am. Please contact us if you require a later check out than 10am and we will do our very best to accommodate you.

    HEATING

    in winter months heating is not included in the rent. A gas meter reading will be taken on your arrival and departure and correctly calculated at check out and payable in cash to LoveComo.
