Set on the first and second floors, balconies are accessed through french windows from both the lounge and main bedroom, with the lounge on the top floor to maximise views. While away the time watching the comings and goings in the harbour, stroll along the beautiful beaches that are just yards away to either side, wander along the nearby river walk or take a dolphin watching boat trip from the harbour. Maybe sample the delicious all day breakfasts in the Basil Harbour Cafe below, or experience the stunning views while eating the fine cuisine at the Sun Dancer restaurant across the grass, named after one of the famous Moray Firth dolphins. Explore further afield the mountains, forests, castles, whisky distilleries and special places that make this part of Scotland so fabulous, not to mention the many links golf courses for which the east coast is so famous. The apartment is fully equipped to provide everything you'll need for a perfect holiday. We provide bed linen, towels, tea towels and beach towels. The apartment has wi-fi, freeview tv, a washing/drier machine, microwave, filter coffee machine, iron and ironing board and hairdrier. The main bedroom has a king size bed and spacious fitted warbrodes, and the smaller bedroom has sturdy, adult weight bunk beds that have deep, pocket- sprung mattresses. The bathroom has an over bath, instant shower. Parking is in the private parking area in the quiet cul-de-sac to the rear of the property.
Change over day for weekly lets during June, July and August is Saturday.
