Very picturesque property
We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Plenty to explore in the area.
The only negative was a lack of wifi. TV very basic but a beautiful garden to sit in and read. A deck chair or two would be ideal to lounge in.
We enjoyed our stay at garden cottage, the setting was excellent.
However, the on/off times of the central heating and hot water was variable from day to day. At times there were noticeable fumes from the boiler especially in the kitchen, we didn't know whether or not this was from having the kitchen window open.
The shower was difficult to operate because the lever had been broken off the on/off control.
Lack of WiFi was not mentioned in the online listing
Delightful cottage hidden on a private estate away from the hustle and bustle of modern life. Very comfortable bed, log fire in the lounge and a hot shower at the end of the day! Enjoyed sunny afternoons in the totally private and magnificent garden with friends and drinks of course! Ideal for exploring the Llyn peninsula. Always looked forward to getting back to the cottage after a full day exploring. Would recommend!!
Beautiful position and location, cottage was very comfortable.
Lovely out of the way cottage.
We had a great time here and will go again. Well recommended
Beautiful cottage and gardens.
My husband and I wanted a peaceful week away, and that's what we got at Garden Cottage, think Hansel and Gretal, picture perfect cottage in the forest, rabbits and pheasants and peacocks wandering about in the beautiful garden, all mod cons inside the cottage, with super walk in shower and lovely lounge with log burner, we will definitely be returning 😁😊
We are delighted that you enjoyed your stay at Garden Cottage - it's hard to show it at its best on a website. We only every ask that our guests love it (and of course the gardens) as much as we do, which you obviously did. Do come back and see us again..
This is Snowdonia's hidden secret and the ideal base for exploring the mountains and beaches of Snowdonia. There are many pretty towns only a short drive away - Criccieth (with it's splendid castle and sandy beach); Abersoch which is much loved by sailors; Portmeirion which is great fun to explore; on site we have Glasfryn Parc which is one of Wales' premier activity parks; on site of course is Glasfryn Lake where you can fish.
Don't forget the Castles! Caernarfon: Criccieth: Harlech: Conway - all just a hop and a skip away.
