There are also regular ferries from the Prince of Wales Pier and Custom House Quay that are well worth a day trip with destinations such as the beautiful St Mawes and the Roseland Peninsula or further up the River Fal to Trelissick Gardens, Malpas or Truro.
Entrance Level: The entrance is at the rear of the property, and you enter into a small hallway with doors leading to: Double aspect third bedroom with 4'6" double bed and storage; Family bathroom with shower over, WC and hand basin. Steps lead down to mid-level.
Mid-Level: Landing with stairs up to Entrance level and Top level and down to main living level. Also doors to: Second bedroom with 5' (King size) bed, storage and ensuite shower room; Small utility Room.
Main Living Level: The stairs open into a large, double aspect, open plan living area with L shaped sofa, Smart TV, eight seat dining table, kitchen area with fully fitted units. Electricity, heating, bed linen and towels are included but you will need to provide your own beach towels. There is parking available for 3 cars to the rear. Regrettably there is no smoking. Unfortunately dogs are not accepted.
