The property is ideally located for easy access in all directions, just off Dyke Road Avenue, the main artery into Brighton City Centre and a short distance from Waterhall Golf course, The Devil's Dyke, Withdean Stadium and the University Of Sussex

Brighton is a short taxi ride away, about 5-10 minutes, costing approximately £8 for up to 6 people. A regular bus service operates into Brighton and trains operate from Preston Park into Brighton and up to London hourly

My son had his stag do here 3 years ago and told me what a great place it was. I decided to have a week there over Christmas and invited family and friends to join us when they could. This house was absolutely perfect, there was lots of room, so enough space for everyone who stayed, my busiest night was Christmas night where 17 people stayed over. The house is clean, modern ,spacious and convenient. Andrew has been superb & would highly recommend staying there. We are going back!! brilliant!!

Perfect house for a hen weekend!

After looking at numerous other places, I booked Hazeldene for my sister's hen weekend and I'm so glad I did! The spacious property housed us 13 girls very comfortably and had everything we needed for a weekend away. We particularly enjoyed the large living, dining and garden areas. The house is perfectly located just outside of town....only a 10min taxi ride away. Andrew the owner was so helpful and responsive, which made the whole experience that much better. Thank you Andrew!

Brilliant

Just stayed here the past weekend for a hen party was perfect short 10min taxi ride into town, the house is beautiful and at very high standards would definitely recommend perfect Andrew was very helpful and approachable thank you for a fabulous weekend

Great house for a group get together!

The owner was a pleasure to deal with and the house is exactly as shown in the pictures. It was clean and well maintained with a great kitchen and lounge area - perfect for group socialising. We went as a group of families with children - and although it was cold the kid loved the outside space. Location wise it was perfect for us - a short bus ride into the centre of Brighton but away from the hustle and bustle. Would definitely return!

FABULOUS HOME

There was 15 in our party. The house is lovely.the beds are so comfortable and there are all the facilities you could need. Andrew, who owns the property, was really helpful. I would highly recommend a stay here.

Wonderful property to use as a base for a hen do!

Beautiful house, tastefully decorated and fully equipped with everything we needed! Very spacious, light and airy. More than enough room for all 11 of us and no fighting for the shower! Andrew was so helpful from the point of enquiry, right through to the end of our stay. A pleasure to do business with! Hoping to return for a family holiday sometime!
