Stayed here for a week with 10 other family members including 4 children. Plenty of room everywhere for us all. Andrew the owner couldn't have done more for us with great communication before, during and after. A lovely clean well presented house made it a fantastic week for all the family to be together. Would very highly recommend this property to any large parties wanting to stay in Brighton.
We all had a fab weekend at the house, it was big enough for 18 girls. The house is very clean and has everything you need. The table is was big enough for us all was good we can sit around and chat together.
The house was clean, modern and well appointed. We had a dinner party for my wifes 50th birthday, there is a good kitchen with plenty of crockery, cutlery and cooking equipment. We walked in to town (about 20 mins) and caught the local bus back. Andrew was friendly and informative when we arrived. Would recommend the property. Steve T.
Amazing house, great for big groups. Property was clean, in a great location and had everything you would need - the pictures really don't do it justice. Andrew was extremely helpful and made the whole process very easy. Would highly recommend, and as a large younger group (18 year olds) would be very happy to go back!
As a large group of young people, it was great to find such a spacious property within a small distance from Brighton town, allowing us to travel around cheaply by taxi or bus. The house was very clean, with a large garden (which was ideal for the boys to enjoy playing football in), and was perfectly suited to spending time together as a large group. Andrew was very welcoming and thorough when showing us around the house, he was also excellent at communicating leading up to our stay. There is very little criticism to give, other than that the photographs don't truly do it justice. We had a brilliant time staying here, and would definitely consider returning at some point in the future. Thanks Andrew!
We had a group of 16 to stay in Andrews house. We had a brilliant weekend, everything we could possibly need was supplied. The location is close to the centre of Brighton so taxis are not expensive and you are close to local amenities.
Andrew is really helpful and welcoming. I would stay again as would my 15 friends and family, highly recommended by us!!
What a lovely house. We had a party of 7 adults, 4 children, plenty of room for all of us to eat, sit and sleep comfortably. A nice clean and well presented house in a nice and quiet area. Andrew the owner was very helpful, keeping in touch before our stay and greeting us on our first day. We all had a fantastic, relaxing week,
