The house further benefits from a south facing private garden together with a huge well-equipped contemporary kitchen/diner ideal for your group gatherings.

The property is ideally located for easy access in all directions, just off Dyke Road Avenue, the main artery into Brighton City Centre and a short distance from Waterhall Golf course, The Devil's Dyke, Withdean Stadium and the University Of Sussex

Brighton is a short taxi ride away, about 5-10 minutes, costing approximately £8 for up to 6 people. A regular bus service operates into Brighton and trains operate from Preston Park into Brighton and up to London hourly

Stayed here for a week with 10 other family members including 4 children. Plenty of room everywhere for us all. Andrew the owner couldn't have done more for us with great communication before, during and after. A lovely clean well presented house made it a fantastic week for all the family to be together. Would very highly recommend this property to any large parties wanting to stay in Brighton.

A great little find in Brighton, perfect for large groups, short taxi ride into town...No complaints

We stayed here for the weekend in October and it was exactly what we needed and hoped it would be, a decent size, spacious, a big garden and kitchen, various bathrooms with showers and everything you would need to host a large group. We had 20 lads, which was great as not many places allow stags these days,l and I don't think we could have found a more suited place. We were at full capacity so I would recommend 16/18 max so there is less sharing of beds, however it didn't bother us. A short trip into town by taxi, no issues booking or waiting it is the perfect distance away. Andrew the owner was spot on, very welcoming, honest and fair, he arrived bang on time to collect keys at both ends, gave us a good tour of the house then left us to it. The deposit side of things increased quite a lot due to the group size and being all males, which is completely fair enough as not many places allow male groups and I'm not sure I would want 20 men in my house partying, however he trusted us and we got our deposit back immediately after out stay. Advice would be to contact Andrew after the booking is made and discuss your group/reason etc so you are fully aware as to what deposit you need to pay as ours was all a bit last minute but worked out fine.

Over all we really enjoyed our stay, I would highly recommend this for small to large groups, males/females or mixed it really is ideal for a weekend away in Brighton. We would like to save a massive thank you to Andrew for hosting us and making our stay smooth and relaxed. I'm sure we will see you again in the future.

Brilliant

This home was rented for a weekend Friday a stag party to use as a base and sleep. The house was very clean and spacious, for 15 of us we were all able to sleep comfortably and have enough space ect to go about our own thing until we all went out.

I'd definitely recommend! Everyone commented on how they enjoyed the accommodation and would come back again for another weekend with a large group. Thank you!

Perfect house for a big group!

The house was perfect for our stay. There were 16 of us celebrating my friends hen party and we loved it. Very clean and lots of room with plenty of seating, outside and in. Comfy beds, 3 bathrooms and an extra toilet. Just 10 mins in a taxi into central Brighton.

Beautiful property perfectly situated.

We stopped in this property for a hen party. It was perfect for what we wanted. Plenty of space, comfortable beds and well equipped. It's close enough to town that a taxi isn't extortionate without being in the madness of Brighton. Andrew was fantastically helpful and I would definitely use his properties again if I return to Brighton!
