Great weekend

There were 16 of us staying in the 2 flats in central London! We all had a great time staying there, the flats being very nice. We spent most of the day out but in the evening (and morning for breakfast), we all met in the downstairs flat, which was spacious enough for all of us.

I met the landlord personally and can say he is extremely friendly and always ready to help you in every way possible. He made our stay very easy, so thank you very much. The location is truly perfect as well, it is amazing to be able to find such a place in central London for such a price!

I would definitely go back with great pleasure, and I advise everyone to go enjoy these flats!!!

Very nice Alternative to a hotel

Stayed here with a very large group (13 people). It is two flats, with two separate entrances. We just all ate and chatted together in the downstairs flat and then half the people went to bed to their flat upstairs when they were tired.

Apartments were clean and with new appliances. Nice furniture, TV, cooker, hobs, etc. Tiny thing but bring a can opener if your cooking for yourself as it didn't work (although they said they would get a new one for next time).

Excellent location, really close to centre of town and tube station (russell square).

PARKING:

We were out in the day and I parked in the bay outside (you have to pay for parking between 8.30am-6.30pm but can park outside these times). It is in the congestion zone if you are driving.

Communication was great with Cam who I arranged the flat with and he was very accommodating.

We would definitely stay here again.

Trato ,estado general y limpieza pésima.

Nos alojamos en el piso anunciado durante los 9 días que pasamos en Londres y no repetiríamos por nada del mundo.

Los pisos en cuestión (son 2 pisos independientes) están bien situados pero las personas que atienden a los clientes son unos impresentables por no decir otra cosa.

Cuando llegamos y durante la inspección que realizamos a los pisos para comprobar que todo se encontraba en regla ya nos dimos cuenta que la limpieza dejaba mucho que desear. Para empezar, la persona que estaba realizando la limpieza no tenía nada de profesional, con decir que le daba lo mismo limpiar los cristales con el mismo trapo que había limpiado un minuto antes la encimera o los baños creo que nos podemos hacer una idea de que estamos hablando. Decidimos comprar detergentes, lejía , etc y adecentar algo los pisos ya que no era cuestión de un par de días y además íbamos con niños.

Lo peor no fue esto último si no el hecho de que una vez entramos en los pisos y nos dispusimos a dejar el equipaje, comprobamos en que condiciones estaban realmente los pisos.

Además del estado general del piso ya comentado, las sabanas estaban sucias y no se habían cambiado. El frigorífico estaba estropeado y no se podía dejar comida, un tostador estropeado, en el baño no había porta rollos ni toallero. Así hasta un listado de muchos desperfectos y carencias que se las hicimos llegar a la persona de contacto y que 9 días después no solo no se habían solucionado si no que ni siquiera se dignó a pasar ni a responder a los mensajes enviados.

Las fotos de los pisos son de cuando se reformaron o de hace mucho tiempo pero desde luego no de este año. Puedo aportar las mías a quien le interese.

Total, saben que una vez allí no puedes perder tiempo buscando otro alojamiento y además perder la cantidad pagada y se aprovechan de ello. Nos fuimos y no se había arreglado nada de lo comentado.

Unos impresentables ya que además cobraron tanto por la limpieza como por la estancia sin ningún tipo de compensación.

very nice flat in the center of London

Très bonne adresse en plein centre de Londres.

L'appartement est clair, lumineux, équipé de façon moderne et propre.

Il est très accessible par 2 lignes de métro et les bus de Russel Square.

Quartier clean.

Commerces à proximité.

Le propriétaire est très sympathique et donne des conseils très utiles notamment pour les parkings.

A recommander.
