Top ligging appartement

Wij hebben 3weken in dit appartement verbleven. Bij aankomst stond de gastheer ons aan de garage op te wachten. Super vriendelijk en behulpzaam werden wij naar het appartement gebracht. Het appartement is super goed gelegen en prachtig zeezicht. Alles was aanwezig en proper. Hebben genoten van dit verblijf. Een adresje om naar terug te keren.

La primera sorpresa fue ver que aunque el piso estaba en primera línea de playa, la playa no era de arena sino de piedras y esto no lo habían dicho en el anuncio, lo cual es un elemento esencial. Le dije al propietario que debían anunciar que la playa era de piedras pero me dijo que sentía que no hubiera sido de nuestro agrado. He visto que ni siquiera ha cambiado el anuncio. Sólo fuimos una vez a la playa porque es imposible andar por los cantos o tumbarse. En el apartamento no hay sitio ni para pararse a bajar las maletas. Hay que ir al garaje que está a 1 km y traer todo tu mismo. Al dejar el piso el propietario se quedó con el depósito porque el aire acondicionado había hecho humedades en la pared. Por el fuerte calor que hacía en el apartamento había que tener el aire todo el día, y por la mala calidad de la instalación debía tener una fuga. El propietario me contestó que era por una mala utilización del aire, pero al llegar no nos informó de que tuviera que hacerse un uso especial del aire. Hacía un calor insoportable en el apartamento y era obligatorio usar el aire. En resumen, un precio muy caro por 17 días en un apartamento enfrente de una playa de piedras y un propietario nada razonable. Lo desaconsejo totalmente.
