ACCOMMODATION
You will be pleasantly surprised when you enter this very comfortable and spacious, relaxing ‘Spanish style’ villa.

The property has 3 bedrooms, sleeps 5 people and has a family bathroom and separate shower room /toilet.

There is a covered porch at the front of the property furnished with table and chairs where you can sit and relax and enjoy the morning sunshine. The property also features a BBQ perfect for outdoor cooking.

The porch leads into a spacious and comfortable lounge/dining area where you will find twin sofas, flat screen TV, DVD player, extending dining table and chairs, wall unit and occasional table. The lounge has the benefit of air conditioning which also converts to a heater.

The property has free WIFI internet access

The property has a good sized separate kitchen with granite worktops and modern cupboards and is equipped with oven/hob, microwave, washing machine, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster and has everything you need for dining at home.

On the ground floor you will also find a separate shower room and toilet.

The stairs take you to the first floor where you will find three bedrooms and a separate family bathroom. The main bedroom has a double bed, bedside cabinets, fitted wardrobe and full air conditioning. There are patio doors which lead to a private balcony. The second bedroom has two single beds, bedside cabinets, fitted wardrobe and ceiling fan. The third bedroom has a single bed, fitted wardrobe and ceiling fan.

The house has a large solarium/sunroof where you can enjoy the views and the sun all day long.

There is a private and secure communal pool area about hundred meters from the property.

The nearest bars and restaurants are a 10 -15 minute walk (2-3 minutes by car) at Via Park III commercial center
Alternatively, Villamartin Plaza is a 20- 25 minute walk (5 minutes by car) and offers many more bars and restaurants in a picturesque setting.

The nearest supermarket is a 10-15 minute walk

A car is advisable if wishing to visit local sights and beaches.

La Zenia beach and Cabo Roig are only a 10 minute drive away and there are many other blue flag beaches to choose from within a short distance.

For golfers this area is perfect with many courses within a 20 minute radius. Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Campoamor only a few minutes drive by car. A 10 minute drive will get you to Las Colinas and 20 minutes Lo Romero.

Within a 10 minute drive is La Zenia Boulevard which is the largest shopping and leisure complex on the Costa Blanca

Spainish trip
The villa was very nice and clean, as was the area that we stayed at. The only down side was that there was no privacy out side, it would have been nice to have a rear garden to relax in, apart from that we really enjoyed our stay.

Orihuela Costa - Villa Martin side
We stayed in the area of Orihuela Costa last year but Dream Hills/Los Altos area which is much better than being on the Villa Martin side of the AP7 motorway. In Calla Bidasoa there is no easy reach of shops, bars or amenities. No buses so a car is a must. For Winter sun holidays South facing is critical and just to say a roof terrace does not guarantee that it gets winter sun if north facing. Cleanliness could be improved especially under the beds which were carpeted with dust and no good cleaning facilities were available like an old fashioned mop and bucket for tiled floors. The agents were very helpful sorting out the TV which eventually worked well with all English channels including Sky and BT Sports. Would not return to this specific area or house again.

Nice house and everything you need for a comfy stay
In a quiet area although there was a lot of building going on nearby a few shops and bars would make a difference but dont know if there are any in the planned building area

No fue todo lo agradable que se desearía.
La entrega de llaves correcta, pero de las dos llaves que nos dan solo una funciona por dentro, la otra, solo por fuera, colchones horribles preferimos dormir en los sofás y en el suelo, los ventiladores de pie no funcionaba ninguno, escribimos un WhatsApp porque el refrigerador tiraba agua al suelo de la cocina y ni siquiera contestaron. Y para colmo el anuncio pone que se cobrarán 70€ por limpieza y cuando pagas la cantidad completa te envían un email dónde te pone que son 90€. La verdad nada recomendable.

Der Aufenthalt war an für sich ganz OK, für diesen Preis. Leider nur 1500 Zeichen frei, daher nur Stichpunkte. Wir waren 5 Personen -Anreise unkompliziert,Einchecken ebenfalls -keine Erklärung zu Pool oder ähnlichem -90€ Endreinigung verlangt, im Inserat stand 70 für 4 Personen -Besteck und Geschirr sehr dreckig. Mussten alles erstmal spülen. Die Spülmaschine fehlt hier sehr -für 5 Personen gebucht, Tische jedoch höchstens mit 4 Stühlen -Inserat des Hauses entspricht teilweise nicht der Wahrheit. Kein Willkommenspaket, kein DVD Player, auf der Dachterrasse keinen Tisch -auf den Bildern ist auch noch ein eckiger Pool zu sehen, aber wo ist dieser? -in den Schränken noch viel Überbleibsel der Vorgänger. Alte Zwiebel, Schuhe, Socken, Taucherbrille usw. Sollte bei der Endreinigung entfernt werden. -wir mussten 3 mal nachfragen um endlich einen ganz normalen Besen zu bekommen. Die Firma sitzt in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft -Wischmopp und Eimer sehr kaputt -das WLAN war sehr schlecht -kein deutsches Fernsehen -uralte Pfannen -die Wäscheleine bei der Küche sehr kurz, der Wäschständer auf der Terrasse sehr rostig -schönes und geräumiges Haus -Grill, Sonnenschirme in gutem Zustand -Klimaanlage super,zumindest in den 2 Räumen Gerne hätte ich ausführlicher geschrieben. Für uns ist klar, dass wir hierher nicht mehr kommen würden und tatsächlich lieber etwas mehr für unsere Ferienwohnung ausgeben. Leider schade, aus dem Haus könnte man deutlich mehr machen
