4 persoons appartement met uitzicht op de jachthaven van Santa Ponsa. Gelegen in een rustige buurt, 950 meter van het strand van Cala d'en Pallicer en 20 minuten lopen van het grote zandstrand, dichtbij winkels en restaurantjes. Het appartement, onderdeel van een groter complex, beschikt over een ondergrondse garage met eigen parkeerplaats, gezamelijk zwembad en een gemeenschappelijk tuin. De master slaapkamer heeft een eigen badkamer, met douche, wc en wastafel.
Een bed van 1.60m bij 2.00m en 2 inbouwkasten. De 2e slaapkamer een iets kleiner bed van 1.40m bij 2m, eveneens met inbouwkasten. De moderne woonkamer is direct verbonden met de keuken, van alle gemakken voorzien. Zo is er een vaatwasser, oven, magnetron, koel- vriescombinatie, koffiezet apparaat (Dolce Gusto) en een toaster. Vanuit de woonkamer heb je direct toegang tot het terras/balkon vanwaar je kunt genieten van alle activiteiten in en rondom de mooie jachthaven. Via het balkon heb je ook toegang tot de inbouwkast met de wasmachine. Het apartement is uitgerust met supersnel glasvezel (300Mb/s) met WIFI aansluiting en uiteraard een moderne LCD tv met kabel tv. Handdoeken, bedlinnen (2 sets elk) zijn aanwezig.

We loved this super location. A clean, well equipped apartment with tasteful decor and everything needed for a comfortable stay. Erik was very helpful and informative in the run up to our holiday making sure all details were correct for arrival/departure etc.

There was nothing that disappointed us in our expectations from the listing. The Marina is just the perfect place to relax, it is quiet and there is use of the pool, great restaurants and beaches nearby. We would certainly return.

Apartment exceeded expectations!

Rentals seldom look as good in real life as in the pictures - but this one was BETTER!

The location is delightfully quiet and peaceful, the harbour provides plenty of entertainment from the balcony, and a nice place for an evening stroll. The apartment was clean and well appointed and much larger than we expected! We had a lovely stay.

casa meravigliosa, vorrei fosse mia!

consigliata sia per la bellezza e la pulizia dell'appartamento che per la tranquillità del posto, svegliarsi il mattino e fare colazione su quel balcone è estremamente rilassante.

la casa è provvista di ogni necessità, Erik ci ha fatto trovare anche il lettino da campeggio per nostra bimba di due anni e mezzo!

Gli spazi sono più che sufficiente per 4 persone, ci sono due bagni completi di doccia e nuovissimi, la cucina è ben attrezzata e la piscina è di temperatura gradevole e mai affollata.

siamo stati assistiti dal padrone di casa sia prima del nostro arrivo che durante il soggiorno.

Consiglio l'affitto di un auto per poter visitare al meglio le bellezze dell'isola.

Sconsiglio l'appartamento ai portatori di handicap in quanto ci sono molte scale per raggiungerlo, per il resto davvero consigliato. Vi troverete benissimo!
