The accommodation is in a Patio Home that sleeps 8 guests and gives access to all of the great facilities within the Clowance Estate & Country Club. It has three bedrooms (one double or two singles with an en-suite bathroom; a further double or two singles and a third bedroom with bunk beds). It also has a further bathroom with shower plus an exceptionally comfortable pull down double bed in the living area. Linen is provided and towels for use in the swimming pool can be obtained free of charge from the reception. Cots are also available at no extra charge.
We have been timeshare owners (two weeks) for more than 15 years on this very prestigious Five Star Estate in Cornwall but we are unable to make use of this week of our ownership this year. All maintenance, linen and fuel charges are paid for and so it only remains for whoever uses the unit to turn up and have a wonderful time!
This Lodge lies within 97 acres of beautifully landscaped parkland, situated on the Clowance Estate in West Cornwall and it overlooks the parkland and lake. It gives you maximum privacy whilst offering excellent views of the magnificent scenery surrounding the Estate. The facilities include a well equipped gym, heated indoor pool and jacuzzi, sauna, pool table, lake with rowing boat, children's adventure playground, 9 hole golf course, tennis, putting, croquet, outdoor chess etc. There is a modern bar and restaurant with good value meals including Sunday carvery with free WiFi internet access. There is entertainment in the bar area several evenings each week. Most of the sports/leisure facilities are free of charge but not the beauty treatments, tanning and golf for which there is a reasonable charge. I have tried to describe the facilities accurately but from time to time they may vary slightly. You will also be close to many of Cornwall's other attractions including the Tate St Ives, the Eden Project, the Minack Theatre (a natural outdoor amphitheatre overlooking the sea with afternoon and evening performances) and the National Maritime Museum. These are, of course, all in addition to the many wonderful beaches and coastal walks for which Cornwall is rightly famous.
Clowance lies midway between St Ives and Falmouth on the outskirts of Praze-an-Beeble and it provides a good location for exploring everything that the area has to offer. It is some five miles or so from the A30 dual carriageway at Camborne and is well served by rail or air (from Newquay airport). This unit is in a woodland setting and it is maintained to a very high standard with an on-site restaurant and bar for those occasions when you just want to relax in comfortable surroundings without having to cook yourselves or drive or rely on taxis.

Check in time is 4:00pm on arrival day and check out is 10:00am on departure day. If you arrive before 4:00pm you may not be able to enter the property (it depends if it has been cleaned and made ready for you) but you can still relax by using the pool and other on-site facilities.
