Welcome to my characterful 2 bedroom flat in Central Leicester. This flat has all you need for a great stay; fully furnished and equipped, with a king room, a double room and a double sofabed. Located in a safe, quiet, gated neighbourhood with secure entry and parking. It’s the perfect location for city living, classy shopping (Highcross centre a stone’s throw away) and the University (10 mins walk), with excellent transport links around the corner (St Margaret’s Bus Station).

The Space

This is a former Textile Mill which served the Industrial Revolution, birthed right here in the Midlands of England. The original exposed brickwork and high ceilings make for a stay with character and a unique touch. The living areas are open plan, spacious and well lit with huge windows right up to the ceiling in each room.

Guest Access

Access to the full flat and all amenities. Fully equipped Kitchen, 32 Inch TV with Freeview channels, Bath/Shower, comfortable beds, everything you need.

Interaction with Guests

Sometimes I will be present when you check in. I'll give you information about the area and the flat. Then I will leave you to it. If I'm not around when you check in, I'll arrange keys for you, and leave written information on the kitchen bench

Neighbourhood overview

This is a quiet, gated community in a safe area of Leicester. I've never experienced any disturbances or noise. It's less than 5 minutes walk to:

Highcross Shopping Centre

The Clock Tower (Central Shopping Area)

Showcase Cinemas

Pubs and Restaurants (Eat Street).

Getting Around

St Margaret's Bus Station is 3 mins walk away. From here you can catch local and surburban buses to the rest of Leicestershire, and Coaches direct to many UK Airports and cities including London, Birmingham, Sheffield, Coventry, Leeds and Manchester.

If you have a car, there is a parking space with the flat.


Step free access and wide doors. Perfect for wheelchairs.

House rules

Please treat the flat as if it's your own. No loud noise or parties, and please leave it generally tidy upon your departure. NO SMOKING.
