About this property

Authentic farmhouse of the 17th century stone and slate completely restored in 2016 in the respect for tradition.
Located in the beautiful site of Mezenc, surrounded by nature without being isolated, just 1 km from the ski resort of Estables.
Perfect for some peace and quiet and enjoy all the activities.
Particular attention was paid to guest comfort and decoration.
The distribution of the premises is as follows:
access by the transom (typical input vaulted stone).
Large living room warm in the heart of the house overlooking the terrace:
with fitted kitchen and dining area for 12 people, lounge.
Four bedrooms with double beds of which 3 have special bathrooms and toilets.
Room 40m2 games with mezzanines for four beds. Baby foot.

très bon séjour

très bon accueil d'Anne et Xavier dans cette magnifique maison rénovée avec beaucoup de goût , très bien équipée endroit calme tout en étant près des commerces possibilité de randonner à partir de la maison, emplacement parfait pour visiter cette belle région de Haute Loire

Une parenthèse en Haute-Loire

Petit coin de paradis à quelques centaines de mètres de la station des Estables : nous avons profité à la fois du calme et du charme de la propriété et des activités proposées par la station. Félicitations pour la rénovation de cette ancienne ferme où l’on se sent bien. Nos enfants ont particulièrement adoré la salle de jeux et les parties de badminton dans la grange. Un grand merci pour votre accueil ! Mathieu

Splendide

Logement au top, parfaitement équipé et très confortable, situé dans un environnement idyllique et très calme tout en étant à proximité du village et ses commodités. Une vraie pépite à recommander fortement.

chic et de bon goût

La maison est idéalement située à proximité du village des Estables . La maison est rénovée avec beaucoup de goût. Elle est très spacieuse ,les chambres s'étagent sur 3 niveaux préservant ainsi l intimité de chacun. La pièce à vivre est très conviviale et le poêle à granulé diffuse une douce chaleur tout au long de la journée . Nous avons eu un temps exceptionnel et les balades à partir de la maison sont très agréable et super faciles. Vraiment un excellent séjour splendide et un accueil très amical de la part des propriétaires . A recommander sans aucune réserve .

Tout était parfait

Super séjour! La maison a été magnifiquement rénovée en gardant son aspect authentique tout en y associant tout le confort moderne. La nature aux alentours est magnifique. Nous recommandons sans réserve ce séjour.
