The annexe can sleep two people in one bedroom, together with a shower room. Also in the cottage is a kitchen with breakfast bar and a sitting room with dining area. Outside there is off road parking for three cars and an enclosed patio with furniture. Quaverhurst is a delightful property to use as a base for exploring this beautiful part of the country.

There is a small market which comes to the town on Tuesdays and a farmers market on every other Saturday, as well as regular sales in the town hall. Stalham is one of the major starting points of Norfolk Broads boating holidays and a museum to give you an insight in to the Broadland environment is a must.
