The house is fine, well equipped and lots of space.
Perfect location, lovely villa
Had a fantastic time, villa was in a lovely peaceful area yet only 10 minutes walk to the marina and beach. Was spacious and pool was a real hit with the children
Lovely Spanish style villa in good location and with a lot of space!
We and our guests enjoyed our time in Villa Seghers. The living and dining area as well as the big kitchen are very practical and the several bedrooms gave all privacy. The location is perfect with sea view and a short distance to Estepona marina. The management persons were very friendly and responsive. A small disturbance was the emptying of the rubbish bins on the other side of the street at night time, but it is part of town life.
Lovely villa, with all amenities and great friends & family get to gather.
Beautiful villa, ample space.
Homely with everything one needs.
Great starter pack to a good start of the holiday.
The building work next to the villa did not spoil the holiday.
Lovely views of the sea & mountains.
Would definitely recommend a villa to stay for large groups.
We hoping to come again with family maybe next year.
Lovely big villa for our family of 6
Well appointed, nice quite location.
I would say to long a walk to Del Cristo beach, especially as old entrance closed as building new club into the cliff face. Drive is about 3_4 mins. Free parking, same to marina.
We would often get a taxi to marina 4eur or to centro( old town) 7eur,
3 bedrooms have 3 a/c the basement even august was not to hot but had a big powerful fan in anycase.
Kids were in the pool all day..8ft deep one end, shallow with easy access the other.
Plenty of sunbeds and different seating areas.
100's tv stations e.g Full sky pack and loads other countries.
In our 2 week stay cleaners came once as did garderners/pool.
Big supermarket also 3 min drive.
We love estepona and will be back.
We had one problem during our time, unfortunetly building of a new property opposite began, with JCB doing groundworks and loading earth into huge lorries, i expect that phase wont last long but building for the forseeable future.
Work started st 7am and ended at 3pm.
Tania our handling agent was very helpful upon our arrival and was always quick to respond to any questions.
When the building work started she did as much as possible to offer us an agreed solution, i even spoke with owner who also was unaware of any building taking place.
Overall we had a lovely holiday and would look at staying again
We had a fantastic holiday with our family
We are only 50 minutes from Malaga Airport and 30 minutes from Gibraltar airport. Marbella and Puerto Banus are only 20 minutes by car
For this villa you dont need to hire car as the nearest supermarket and the beach are only a 5-10 minute walk away.
This unique house is located in a quiet but central residential area. The local police station is located right at the entrance (300m distance) of this community.
The villa is a corner building, surrounded by plants & shrubbery that creates a safe and private environment. On street parking is available just outside the front door. The area is a quiet rural area which is popular with naturalists who come to see the amazing bird flock displays with the Mediterranean backdrop Mediterranean view. The magnificent Andalusian sunshine shines into the garden throughout the day. The private swimming pool allows for cooling dips during the summer heat, alternatively you can travel 500 meters to the beach. There you will find a small bay with white water, which leads gently into the water. Here you can let your eyes wander up to the Rock of Gibraltar. It is the perfect place to pamper your soul and also the ideal place to holiday with children. The beach features two popular beach bars, serving delicious Mediterranean food with live music in a relaxing setting.
The port of Estepona can easily be reached on foot in 5 minutes, here you can experience a variety of restaurants, bars and local amenities such as supermarkets. Small shops selling gifts or magazines liven up the atmosphere well into the late evening, nightclubs are open until early morning to host your festivities. The well maintained beach promenade with its uniquely beautiful plantings will take you from the harbor towards the city center. This can easily be reached in 20 minutes. There you will find everything your heart desires.
Estepona a midsized town, eleven a quiet fishing town, it is a little smaller than the busy Marbella. It has a beautifully kept old historical part, with cobbled streets and a typical Andalucian feel. The streets are decorated with lovely potted geraniums and there are many quaint shops, restaurants, cafes and tapas bars. At night it is lovely to go out and dine here and enjoy the atmosphere.
On Wednesday they have a large outdoor market, with ceramics, clothes and fresh fruit and vegetables. The port has a Sunday Market and many restaurants.
There are 2 ports nearby, Estepona Port and also Duquesa Port, with plenty of nightlife and restaurants.
THINGS TO DO WHILE YOU ARE HERE:
There are 300 days of sunshine per year, a lot of golf courses nearby. Also we have our own Safari park Selwo, which is 5 minutes away, and many different beaches and resorts. Estepona also has outdoor karting for the kids and its own Orchidarium and botanical garden, the largest in Europe.
In Algeciras there is a great Aquapark too.
From here you can easily make trips to Gibraltar and Morocco as well as the Alhambra in Granada and Cordoba and Seville. In Granada during the winter months we can also go on day trips skiing to the Sierra Nevada.
Also not to be missed is the stunning town of Ronda, which is an hour and half drive up the mountains.
We also recommend to visit Tarifa, the windiest city in Europe, and Kite Surf heaven. Rate is a beautiful historical Moorish town between the Atlantic coast and the Mediterranean with pristine white sandy beaches and natural dunes.
