Perfect ski apartment, excellent self catering, short walk to lifts.

Luxury 2 bedroom apartment within a short walk (7 mins) of the Gondola station with stunning views of the slopes and mountain.

The apartment is of the highest of standards & there is everything you need to ensure your holiday is perfect. The 2 bedrooms comprise of 1 double room and 1 room with bunk beds. There is a large comfortable bed settee in the lounge area so the apartment can sleep up to a maximum of 6 if required. There is also a private underground garage providing secure parking for your vehicle.

There is FREE WIFI, Sound System with CD, USB and Bluetooth connection so easy to connect your music device, 40" Samsung HD LED TV, Blueray / DVD player, all modern day essentials where teenage children are involved!

There are excellent restaurants in the village but we’ve found catering in the apartment suits our family better & there are all the cooking utensils you need. Appliances include cooker, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine/tumble dryer (Very handy as it enables you to travel light and avoid expensive baggage costs), iron & ironing board, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine (Dolce Gusto Pods), hairdryer & both UK & European extension sockets which provide plenty of charging points.

The views from the balcony are magnificent, facing out over the mountain with views of the slopes.

The skiing, ski school, bars & restaurants are all excellent as is the mountain biking, walks & many other summer activities. There are also 2 excellent Health Spas in Piolets Spa & the Sports Wellness. These are all the reasons that after many years of skiing & walking in many different places we decided to buy an apartment in Soldeu. The friendly, safe environment has proved to be perfect for our family & I cannot recommend the location or indeed the apartment enough. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact me as I want everyone who visits Soldeu to have as fantastic a time as we have over the years.

Welcome pack on arrival covering essentials such as bread, butter, tea, coffee, washing machine & dishwasher tablets and a bottle of wine.

The Kitchen provides everything you need from granite work tops, lots of utensils, pots & pans & all the appliances you could want including cooker, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron & ironing board, microwave, kettle, toaster & hairdryer.

FREE WIFI, Bluetooth Sound System so easy to connect your music device, 40" Samsung HD LED TV, Blueray / DVD player.

There are lots of multiblock plug extensions (European & UK) which provide plenty of charging points for devices.

Towels & Linen are of course provided.

The apartment will be heated for your arrival and there is excellent central heating throughout.

The apartment is no smoking but the lounge opens on to the balcony where you are welcome to indulge.

Activity ideas and all manner of guides to Andorra are provided in the apartment.

The bars and restaurants are less than a 5 minute walk away, close enough to stagger home after the excesses of apres ski but far enough away to avoid any unwanted noise.

Soldeu is a small, safe and friendly village and is the perfect location for a family ski or summer activity holiday.

There is underground secure parking for your vehicle.

cosy appartment

It is a really nice, and cosy appartment. Situated near the center, it takes less than 10 minutes getting to the gondola's. The flat is rented with an indoor parking place.

Spacious, bright, warm and modern apartment ideal for four people but can accommodate six.

We spent Xmas week in the apartment. The apartment is in the relatively newly built complex called La Pleta, which consists of four attractive blocks situated on the main road through Soldeu.

This property is at the rear of the block so has no direct view of the main road, which in any case is not a noisy or busy one. Instead it has great views down the valley over the village of El Tartar and the ski slopes which run down into it.

Situated on the outskirts of Soldeu, it is genuinely only a ten stroll up to the Gondola station, which is built into the Sport Hotel complex.

We choose to hire a looker at the Gondola station rather than carry the ski's and boots back and forth. This also allows you to walk in your own comfy boots and visit the number of small supermarkets on your afternoon return for your provisions. Or, alternatively slip into one of the bars for some apres ski!! On this note, Soldeu is not a raucous village, we have never found it to be rowdy or loud.

We found the owner, Stuart, to be very helpful and a quick responder to any of the questions we had during the course of booking and during our stay.
