Really nice flat in a great location

Graziano was extremely accommodating and kind to us, flustered tourists that were late getting to the property and were lost at least twice. The streets of Edinburgh are challenging to visitors!

The flat is in a quiet area with ample parking, well set up and comfortable. Plenty of shops close by. We choose to walk everywhere, even to the Castle and the Royal Mile.

Almost perfect

We cannot fault the standard of the accommodation, which was as we expected. However, there were elements which did not match the description.

There was no DVD/blue ray player, DVDs or Video Library. In the kitchen there was no toaster (and the grill turned out to be a poor alternative, taking 10 minutes to toast bread, and even then it was more dehydrated than toasted)

In terms of basic facilities we felt that there should have been bedside cabinets on both sides of both beds, and there was only one between the two rooms. A coffee table would have been useful in the lounge.

On a personal note we all found the couches uncomfortable, being too wide and giving a tendency to slip forward into a slouch.

The location suited our purposes and we found bus transport to places of interest easy and convenient.

Locally, we would heartily recommend the tapas restaurant 'Serrano and Manchego' on Leith Walk - about a ten minute walk from the apartment.

Really nice and clean property. All appliances included . Great for a family with children.

We honestly recommend this property. We we're welcomed by the owner's wife. She explained everything to us on arriving. No problems at all during the stay.

Great location! Great Hosts!

My family of 5 (two adults and 3 tweens) had a nice stay at this property. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating and the house was very nice and clean when we arrived. We were able to walk everywhere and even find parking easily when we rented a car. It is close to grocery stores, restaurants and bakeries. Definitely a great value and I would book again.
