Duplex flat with equally sized double rooms on different floors & separate bathrooms. Great for sharing couples and families, as private and individual. Living room has high ceilings and is a good size to accommodate everyone at the same time & includes a dining area too. Fully equipped kitchen for cooking. Property is situated in a cul-de-sac, so its very quiet, as no passing people or traffic, but still 2 mins walk away from the main road and nearest tube.

I'm Sri Lankan and have been living in the Notting Hill area for over 10 years and think it is one of the most vibrant places to live in the world. The only things missing is the beach, palm trees and sometimes the weather.. but I guess I can just go home for that! I love good food, eating out, meeting new people and chilling with friends and family. One of my favourite past times is having BBQs, especially if I am the cook. I spend a lot of time travelling and learning about different cultures. One of my favourite places to visit is Norway where my sister and family live. Good family location
Pro's: Great location - really works well for a family of 4. All sorts of amenities such as supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurants, ATM, banks etc close by. Neat apartment with sufficient space by UK standards. Kitchen equipped with most of what you need to self cater.
Cons: Needs a bit of TLC - nails sticking through carpets at door thresholds. Good place to crash for the night although not very sound proof as you can hear neighboring kids playing during the day and early evening.
Close to shops, transport and Hyde park
Easy to communicate with owner.

Well Located Apartment but Needs TLC
We stayed at the apartment with a family of four in early November. The location is amazing and the size for a city apartment is great. Those were the main positives. As mentioned earlier, the apartment is worn - furniture and rugs have seen better days. The kitchen was good but the bathrooms needed some TLC too. Most of the kitchen lights were out and there was wobbly chairs in there as well.
We had four adults staying in this flat and there was plenty of room for us to all comfortably stay there together. The flat was clean and the host was extremely accommodating. We had a question about the flat while we were there and he responded very quickly. The location was great, only a 5 minute walk from the underground and a quick, easy trip to the touristy parts of London. Would definitely stay here again!
Location Location Location! Need say no more.
This flat is exactly as described. Any short comings (carpet worn and stained, small bathroom on first floor) is made up by the comfort of the beds and the location. Had a great stay. Flat was clean, kitchen well stocked, and bathrooms had plenty of supplies.
In addition to the bakery around the corner, the tube is only two blocks away and there is also a grocery store as you exit from the tube. We would gladly return and rent this property again.
Great location with plenty of space
Four of us spent 3 nights in this 2 story apartment and wanted for nothing. It is a great choice for London. It was very convenient with easy access to the tube and the tube lines any sightseer needs. I will definitely book this again and recommend to friends needing a place to stay.

Cancellation Policy 100% refund up until 30 days prior to arrival. Cleaning fees are always refunded if the guest did not check in. For Example if check in date is Friday, Mar 11 @3pm For a 100% refund, cancellation must be made 30 full days prior to listing’s local check in time (or 3:00 PM if not specified) on the day of check in, so up to Wed, Feb 10 @3pm If the guest cancels less than 30 days in advance, there is no booking value refunded. Please note If I'm able to get a booking for the dates that have been cancelled and feel the reasoning for the cancelation was genuine and or unforeseen, I will try my best to help return funds as much as possible, as I'm not looking to double book the property, to make profit due to other peoples misfortune and believe in karma.
