Penthouse 3 is a luxury two double bedroom apartment on two levels - the big open plan lounge /kitchen diner and large outside balcony on the upper level give expansive stunning views over Mounts Bay to St Michaels Mount and over Penzance harbour. Apart from the two main bedrooms there is a double sofa bed in the lounge . Penthouse 3 can sleep 4/6 people

GROUND FLOOR

Granite steps lead you to the front stable door of Penthouse 3. On this floor you have two double bedrooms, one en-suite with pitch pine flooring throughout. The main bathroom has bath with shower over, heated towel rail, basin and mirror with built in shaver socket and lights.

FIRST FLOOR

Here we have the open plan kitchen, breakfast bar, dining and living room. With two full size french doors leading on to you own private balcony, you now have glorious views over the working and leisure harbour of Penzance and beyond to St Michael's Mount and The Lizard. The kitchen is fully functional with fridge / freezer, dishwasher and washer / dryer. The moderately sized lounge area has one sofa bed for the fifth/sixth quest, coffee table and TV with DVD player.

All linen and towels are supplied and electricity and heating are included. Please bring your own beach towels.

About Bosuns Holidays

Local businessman - has lived in Penzance all my life, runs own restaurant/bistro on seafront in Penzance called 'The Boatshed' café bar and restaurant.

I am also a keen sports person and former professional deep sea diver. I love this coast line here and enjoy going for a good swim across Mounts Bay.

Great location for visiting this fabulous far west peninsula. Between Penzance and Lands End are some of the best beaches and cliff walks in the whole of Cornwall. Penance is a vibrant market town with great road, rail, sea and bus links.

Penzance harbour is also the port for the Isles of Scilly ferry as well as numerous other sailing vessels. There is also on offer fishing trips and well as diving, marine exploration as well as just sight seeing trips around the bay. Penzance is bustling full of interesting shops, restaurants, art galleries and bars. Penthouse 3 is just set back from the Harbour in a very elevated position with great views over Penzance harbour and Mounts Bay.

What makes this apartment unique

This is a unique location in one of the oldest parts of Penzance. Indeed this part of Penzance is where commercial trade first started with the sea. Chapel Street, the Bond Street of Penzance, is just to the rear of the apartment and leads directly up to the town centre. This is a very interesting street with many restaurants, bars, galleries and interesting paraphernalia shops.
