In front of an old mill still functioning water is the restored home of the nineteenth century OldNoar Maisons de Charme, in Novara di Sicilia, medieval village which lies between the Monti Nebrodi and the Peloritani, just 30 minutes from the sea of Falcone and Marinello .
OldNoar is a detached house in the historic district of San Michele, which can accommodate up to 5 people and consists of four levels:
-Ground floor, main entrance with foyer and living room with sofa bed;
-Plan the basement, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and a secondary entrance that leads directly to the outdoor space for breakfast, lunch and dinner. From the outside area you can access the garden where there are fruit trees, a lounge with panoramic views of the Tindari and the Aeolian (north) and the Salvatesta fortresses and Leone (south);
-First floor studio opposite the first bedroom (double bed / twin beds) with garden view window;
-Second floor, second bedroom with balcony overlooking the garden / sea / mountain, living area and bathroom with shower sky view.
