Four bedroom, three bathroom seaside property. Views of vineyards and hills.

FLEXIBLE ACCOMMODATION IDEAL FOR EXTENDED FAMILIES . The whole property accommodates eight people very comfortably with plenty of space to relax both inside and out.

The house and the self contained apartment are linked by the garden, the house sleeps 4-6 people, , the apartment sleeping 2 people can be rented separately during the off peak season.

A modernised, spacious traditional house situated in the heart of the town, with convenient access to all amenities.

The property is within walking distance of a selection of beaches. If food is your passion, a michelin star restaurant is also at your doorstep.

The house has a large private south facing garden with loungers, a spa and a shaded dining area. In addition there is a large south facing terrace, with spectacular views. The terrace has an outdoor kitchen/BBQ area with dining facilities, it is also perfect for sunbathing and has the added bonus of an outdoor shower.

The property has four double bedrooms, three bathrooms(two en-suite), two separate wc, two living rooms a large kitchen with dishwasher, electric oven and hob and a dining room. Internally the house can be divided to provide three double bedrooms in the main part with a luxurious self-contained annexe sleeping two, for added privacy. There is wifi throughout the property and the large lower living room has cinema-sized screen with billiard table.

The property also benefits from a garage with separate laundry area.

From great wine, restaurants, bars and festivals to scenic beaches, boat hire and a diving and wind-surfing school. The beautiful town of Collioure is only ten minutes away. If you want to travel further you can be in Spain in under half an hour, with Barcelona two hours away.

Notes:
The property can accommodate up to eight people and can also be divided to create a 6-person house and a 2-person apartment (ideal for grand-parents). The house provides private, tranquil, self-contained living but is also in the middle of a beautiful seaside town, famous for its wine-making and Michelin-starred restaurants. There is a market each week, fresh fish shop, green-grocer, deli, four bakers, two mini-supermarkets all within five-minutes walk from the property. The train station is under a kilometre away and the 1-euro bus is a popular way of getting along the coast to Collioure, Port-Vendres and the vast beaches at Argeles-sur-mer.

Excellent holiday rental and great location

We've just got back from two glorious weeks in Banyuls Sur Mer staying in this excellent property.

The property is even better than the impression provided by the pics - it is very private and very quiet but yet less than a 5 minute walk to the beach and town. The property is managed by a local agent whose office is opposite the beach so if you had any issues (we didn't) then they were totally accessible. Key collect and drop off were straightforward and the agent arranged a taxi to take to the airport.

Banyuls is a lovely quaint little place which has good transport links so you can easily travel around on public transport. It has a great beach and great wine and as it's on the end of the GR10 you can easily have a little walk up into the hills.

The accommodation has been finished to a really high standard and there are plenty of home from homes so you don't feel like you are staying in a rental.

An excellent time had by all and I would not hesitate to recommend.
