Spacious 1st floor 4 bed/ 3 bath self-catering apartment in complex El Oasis de Marbella. The apartment is very well equipped with all mod-cons including: washing machine, dishwasher, full cooker, fully equipped kitchen with separate utility room, cable TV, air-con, etc. It is located in a quiet, private, gated location with 24 hour security. It boasts a very large swimming pool set in luscious tropical gardens. The swimming pool is lifeguard patrolled during the peak season. The apartment comfortably sleeps 8 adults. It also features 2 separate terraces, the main one is south facing and accomadates al-fresco dining for approx 8 people. There is also a smaller west facing terrace off the master bedroom to enjoy the evening sun until it sets. The air-conditioning system provides cold/hot air systems. The master bedroom is en-suite and has a king size bed. The other 3 bedrooms are twin bedded. All bedrooms are fully furnished. Bed linen and towels are provided. There are also 2 additional bathrooms, one with shower facilities and the other with bath/shower. There is a very large sitting/dining room with dining facilities for 8 people. It also has a comfortable seating area with access to the main terrace. There is a dedicated underground parking space.

Marbella town is located approx 2.5km away. It is a 40 minute journey by car from Malaga airport. There is also a regular express bus service from Malaga airport to Marbella bus station. The apartment is then a short taxi journey away. There are an abundance of activities for all ages. There are numerous restaurants bars and nightclubs for your enjoyment. Marbella is one of Spain's most stylish resorts and the historic old town is well worth a visit. Puerto Banus has a beautiful marina filled with luxurious yachts and a very vibrant nightlife. Available family activities on the Costa include 2 waterparks, Selwo animal safari resort, dolphin boat trips, Seaworld and Tivoli amusement park. Cultural activities include trips to Granada, Rhonda and Gibraltar.
