Spacious 1st floor 4 bed/ 3 bath self-catering apartment in complex El Oasis de Marbella. The apartment is very well equipped with all mod-cons including: washing machine, dishwasher, full cooker, fully equipped kitchen with separate utility room, cable TV, air-con, etc. It is located in a quiet, private, gated location with 24 hour security. It boasts a very large swimming pool set in luscious tropical gardens. The swimming pool is lifeguard patrolled during the peak season. The apartment comfortably sleeps 8 adults. It also features 2 separate terraces, the main one is south facing and accomadates al-fresco dining for approx 8 people. There is also a smaller west facing terrace off the master bedroom to enjoy the evening sun until it sets. The air-conditioning system provides cold/hot air systems. The master bedroom is en-suite and has a king size bed. The other 3 bedrooms are twin bedded. All bedrooms are fully furnished. Bed linen and towels are provided. There are also 2 additional bathrooms, one with shower facilities and the other with bath/shower. There is a very large sitting/dining room with dining facilities for 8 people. It also has a comfortable seating area with access to the main terrace. There is a dedicated underground parking space.

Notes:
Apartment is located in a quiet family-orientated complex on the Golden Mile. It is a 3 minute walk to the beach and 10 minute walk to the centre of Puerto Banus. Marbella town is located approx 2.5km away. It is a 40 minute journey by car from Malaga airport. There is also a regular express bus service from Malaga airport to Marbella bus station. The apartment is then a short taxi journey away. There are an abundance of activities for all ages. There are numerous restaurants bars and nightclubs for your enjoyment. Marbella is one of Spain's most stylish resorts and the historic old town is well worth a visit. Puerto Banus has a beautiful marina filled with luxurious yachts and a very vibrant nightlife. Available family activities on the Costa include 2 waterparks, Selwo animal safari resort, dolphin boat trips, Seaworld and Tivoli amusement park. Cultural activities include trips to Granada, Rhonda and Gibraltar.

Very nice apartment, spacious and well proportioned. Good security and they were more than helpful getting us Taxi's when needed. Pool was large and clean and the grounds were well maintained.

What's not to like? 😀

A lovely big apartment, with everything you need there. A quiet complex, with a really nice big and clean pool.

There is an Aldi a very short walk away and the beach is also a short walk away across the main road ( but this does have a crossing and underpass so safe enough). It's well located close to Puerto banus, about a 20 min walk and Marbella about 45 minute walk (both easily accessible by frequent cheap local buses). Recommended for a relaxing family holiday.

Lovely apartment with all essentials in a quiet area

This apartment was absolutely fantastic. It had everything we needed and was very spacious and has three bathrooms. The kitchen is well equipped and Mary arranged for some bread milk and other essentials as we were arriving very late- that was much appreciated. It was easy to contact her if we had any questions. It felt like a home away from home. The complex was in a quiet area but very close to the beach. Aldi is very nearby and so it was easy to get our provisions. All in all it was a great holiday in a great apartment with superb hosts. Highly recommended.

Tolles Apartment mit wunderschönem Pool

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in Marys Apartment, das viel Platz bietet, einen

herrlichen großen Balkon hat, Klimaanlage in allen Räumen und perfekt ausgestattet

ist. Bis zu dem riesigen, in einer Parklandschaft gelegenenn Pool sind es nur ein paar

Meter. Das Wasser ist sehr warm, wahrscheinlich beheizt. Alles perfekt. Thank you,
