Our modern third floor apartment located at the entrance of the Ferry Port and is within walking distance of the famous Portsmouth Historic Dockyard (housing the Victory, Mary Rose and the Warrior), D Day Museum, Sir Ben Ainslie’s new base for the America's cup race, and the buzzing Gunwharf Quay’s marina and landmark Spinnaker Tower. 5 minutes walk to Portsmouth Harbour train/bus stations.

The space

The space has been completely refurbished throughout with one very large double bedroom and an even bigger living room; the first with a double bed while the living room has a very large sofa bed. There is clean and bright kitchen/diner, well-equipped with dishwasher and washer/dryer, microwave and all utensils you need. The bathroom has a showerhead and bath. 

Across the road (3 mins walk) you will find Gunwharf Quays, shops, restaurants and all local amenities.

-Excellent, fast fibre optic Wi-Fi Internet access. HD TV.

Really good apartment, well situated for Gunwharf Quays and Historic Dockyard

Good & helpful communication from owner.

Apartment had everything we needed - nice touch to include toothbrushes etc as things get forgotten (fortunately we didn't!)

Secure parking so close to attractions makes this ideal.

Lovely clean apartment in a great location

Excellent location

The property is very well situated to visit the historic sites in Portsmouth port, the pubs at the Point, and the shopping at Gunwharf Quays - all within 5-10 minute walk. The apartment was clean and quiet. The manager, Jacob, was a very responsive and pleasant. Highly recommend it for a visit to Portsmouth.

Cosy place!

Stayed for a weekend in October 2017. Clean, cosy, comfortable and secure. Couldn't ask for much more. Great communication from the owner too.

Wouldn't hesitate to book again if we were in the area.

Great place within easy reach of ferries, historic dock venue and Gunwharf Shopping Centre

Four of us stayed for two nights. On arrival the double sofa bed was already made up in the lounge area, separate from the main bedroom and bathroom etc so no disturbing those sleeping. Beds were comfortable.

The place was clean and tidy with all that you'd expect at home - spare toothbrushes, shower gel and shaving cream as well as an assortment of other toiletries. Plenty of towels

The kitchen was well equipped and bread, milk was already supplied. There was also tea, coffee and sugar as well as other condiments.

Lounge area was large as was the tv. Internet connection worked well.

Car parking was a bonus.

Property is accessed by a number of combination locks so make sure you leave the property with these to hand upon your return. At least no keys to worry about.

A top floor flat so three sets of stairs to negotiate so be aware if you have mobility problems.

We didn't see all we wanted in the limited time we had available so will hopefully return to this property.
