The Wow effect, that's what we are offering you with our apartment! The property is in a complex with two elevators and, with 126m2, can be considered as one of the more spacious apartments on Fuengirola's seafront promenade. From the living room and open kitchen there is a wide view of the Mediterranean Sea.

The layout of the apartment consists of a spacious living room with a fireplace and luxury open kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms of which one ensuite and a wide terrace.

The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people. In our apartment, the little ones are welcome too. Two travel cots including bed linen are available for babies and toddlers. You can also use the buggy and the high dining chair.

The apartment is located in the city center, within walking distance of the train and bus station. All amenities are a stone's throw away.

You can count on a high quality apartment, including:

For a small fee we offer a private underground parking behind our building. Free parking is possible in the immediate vicinity of the apartment. It's often a small challenge to find an available spot. Smoking and pets are not allowed.

Prices shown include electricity, water, free Wi-Fi, bed, beach / bath / kitchen towels, cots.

Minimum stay is 4 nights, with the exception of July and August (7 nights).

Cleaning: € 75,-. When booking at least 7 nights, the cleaning after departure is included.

Deposit: € 300, - to be paid at the effective time of the final booking.

Advance payment: 25% of the total amount upon booking.

Check in: 15.00. Check out: 10.00.

In the high season (July and August) arrival and departure is only possible on Saturday.

Large 3 bedroom apartment with a fantastic view. High standard. Good location. Can really recommend. We will be back. The hosts were also very easy to reach when we needed some extra information.

Wauw. Super schoon. Heel erg luxe. Het uitzicht is top vooral s.ochtends vroeg als je wakker wordt. De bedden liggen heerlijk en dat vind ik erg belangrijk. Wij zijn geweest met 4 volwassenen en twee kinderen van de leeftijd 5 en 8 jaar. Het appartement is van alle gemakken en luxe voorzien. Het ligt centraal in Feungirola. Je loopt naar buiten en alles bij de hand. Je neemt de zonnenbedjes mee die er zijn en je kunt zo aan het strand. De kinderen vonden het ook geweldig. We gaan zeker vaker komen. Een echte aanrader.

Geweldig ruim en smaakvol ingericht appartement.

Zeer mooi uitzicht en van alle gemakken voorzien.

Het komt weinig voor dat er in een appartement een " 5 sterren hotelgevoel" wordt beleeft.

Superschoon en meer dan genoeg te doen in de omgeving en dat alles op loopafstand.

Kortom , een aanrader !!!!!

In één woord geweldig.

We kwamen maandagavond aan en gingen meteen naar buiten om nog een hapje te eten. Het appartement zag er fantastisch uit maar in de morgen werd ik gewekt door veel licht in het appartement. Ik dacht dat wij van vermoeidheid het licht aangelaten hadden. Ik ging mijn kamer uit en zag het geweldige uitzicht en het licht kwam van buiten. Alles in het appartement is afgestemd om een heerlijke vakantie te hebben. De bedden zijn comfortabel, de badkamers zijn voorzien van ligbad en douche en de keuken is voorzien van alle luxe. Het appartement is erg schoon. Waar ik vooral van genoten heb is het terras. Je kan daar uren blijven zitten en genieten van het uitzicht. Wij gaan zeker terug. Oh ja de verhuurders hebben we gebeld omdat de kookplaat niet mee wilde werken. Ze hebben ons telefonisch uitgelegd hoe het werkt. Niets is hun teveel. Chifae en Yosif, bedankt dat we kennis mochten maken met jullie gastvrijheid.

Heel goed uitgerust appartement.

Volledig uitgerust appartement met mooi uitzicht op de zee. Enig minpunt is matige geluidsisolatie met de bovenburen. Daarbuiten: aanrader!
