Lovely property

We had a great time at this lovely flat which is well situated in Stockbridge- a lovely area with good pubs, restaurants and a lively Sunday morning market.The flat is right by the bus stop or a 15 minute walk into the centre of Edinburgh. Cliff was prompt to reply to emails and very helpful. Thank you.

Comfortable and Safe

After being on a 9 day train tour of Scotland, this flat was a welcome quiet environment but with all the conveniences close by. The owners thought of everything and we did not want for anything. The Stockbridge area felt very safe. We quickly became friends with staff at Hector's. We will likely be back and will recommend this property to friends. Thanks Cliff for the special consideration.

Perfect for our short stay in Edinburgh

We loved staying in this flat for our short stay in Edinburgh (2 adults, 2 children). The flat is comfortable and equipped well. It's in a perfect location in the centre of Stockbridge and so handy to get into town, just 10 minutes up the road. Great communications with Cliff and Catriona. Highly recommend this flat, and hope to stay again in the future. Thank you!

Perfect location, comfortable and well equipped flat.

The flat is in a brilliant location very close to the bus stop to the city centre, shops and places to eat. Flat is comfortable , well equipped and the owners had left lovely touches like fresh flowers and milk. Lack of parking is the only slight downside but we parked a little way from the flat and used the amazing public transport.

Nice flat !

This was just what my husband and I were looking for. The flat is located in Stockbridge, close to bus stops, grocery stores, and places to eat. Walking to centre city takes about 15 minutes. We arrived to the flat and found some Scottish treats. A detailed book lists information about the flat as well as other important information such as restaurants, places to visit and medical access.

The kitchen was perfect. We stayed for 3 weeks, so we made most of our meals in the flat.

The Water of Leith Walk is close by, the arboretum within walking distance and there is a nice park close by.

Certainly recommend this flat if you are looking at visitng Edinburgh.

Great, little place

We enjoy this apartment in stockbridge, it was great. The owners were very easy to work with and checked on us to make sure we got it Ok and that everything was good. We enjoyed the area around the apartment especially The waters of Leith. We will stay here again!

The City Centre is easily reached by foot through the World Heritage New Town (15 mins) or by frequent bus service.

In the midst of the city, Stockbridge has a sense of a village and provides an eclectic mix of pubs, bars, restaurants and cafes catering for all tastes. The shops range from unique to speciality, deli to supermarket, bargain/charity to chic – catering for all your retail needs.
