Villa Apolonia is a 15 year old construction located in Playa de los Alemanes on a 2,500 m2 plot. With an Andalusian-style architectural design, it has been able to modernize over time while remaining fully functional and practical.

We access the villa crossing an Andalusian courtyard flanked by semicircular arches supported by columns and from which we must highlight an important fountain that emerges from one of its walls and from which all the rooms are distributed. One of the entrances on the main floor leads to a large hall from which you can access a large living-dining room with large and bright windows and presided over by a large fireplace. From the dining room, you can access directly to the large kitchen, laundry room and pantry, fully equipped. Also on this floor, there is a bedroom with double bed and a separate bathroom.
On the second floor, from which we access through the main hall, there are two bedrooms, one of them with two single beds and the other with a double bed, both with en suite bathroom and terrace.

By another access, from the courtyard, we have an apartment totally independent from the house with two bedrooms, one with double bed, a small living room with access to the garden and bathroom with shower, another bedroom with two single beds, and another bathroom.

The outdoor area invites you to relax in its fantastic and well-kept garden with native and tropical vegetation and its pleasant swimming pool. It has garden furniture to enjoy the fantastic sunsets over the coast of Africa and the Strait of Gibraltar.
