Beautiful house with free swimming pool overlooking Cala Vadella, breathtaking sunsets to enjoy with a good glass of sangria. The apartment is located in one of the most beautiful areas of the island of IBIZA, between the exclusive Cala Carbò and the magnificent sandy bay of Cala Vadella.
You can spend a fantastic day at the beach and return in the evening for a relaxing aperitif on the terrace and enjoy a fantastic sunset.
Casa Vadella is located in one of the most beautiful areas of the island of IBIZA, between the exclusive Cala Carbò and the magnificent sandy bay of Cala Vadella, a few minutes by car in Cala Tarida, Cala Moli and the splendid Cala d'hort. At the top of a verdant hill of maritime pines, it has a fantastic view of the legendary islet of Es Vedrà, famous for its radiant and mysterious energy. It is ideally located to reach all the beautiful beaches in the south west between Cala D'Hort and Cala Conta. San Josè, the peaceful and authentic village of the area, with its white houses and the magnificent church, reachable in seven minutes by car. IBIZA with its frenetic "nightlife" remains at 20 minutes by car and so is the airport. Sant'Antonio with its spectacular sunset and the famous Cafè del Mar in a quarter of an hour.
The recently renovated studio is spacious (approx. 45 sq m) furnished with an elegant and typical Ibizan taste. It consists of a sleeping area with large double bed, living area and small equipped kitchen, it also has a large bathroom and a livable balcony for romantic breakfasts. It is fully equipped and welcoming for those who want to enjoy their holiday in total relaxation and serenity not far from the different possibilities that extraordinary Ibiza can offer! We are waiting for you and an entire house to live at any time for one
quiet village of typical Ibizan houses, surrounded by greenery and fresh Mediterranean scrub.

THERE WERE CAMERAS! In the living room and in the BEDROOM! This was awful! But we covered them up! We didn’t know what to do, but I think this is illegal!

Engaño en la ubicación

El anuncio miente en la ubicación lo cual roza la estafa: el apartamento no está en la cala como muestra el anuncio sino arriba en la montaña, a 25 min andando por una urbanización que no tiene ni aceras (hay que andar por la carretera en muchos tramos). Es un engaño manifiesto. Tampoco tiene vistas pues es un bajo y sólo ves la carretera y el edificio de enfrente. No recomendable para familias con niños o carritos. Camas terribles, colchones malos y sofá cama que notas todos los hierros. Habitación no tiene ventilación y huele a humedad aunque ventiles el apartamento. Lo único bueno: Fatia, la mujer es encantadora y atenta. Recomendamos buscar otra opción de alojamiento.

séjour appréciable mais qui ne répond pas à la description de l’annonce

Le logement est bien placé, la piscine bien entretenue est fortement appréciée . Toutefois l’appartement sent énormément l’humidité, la Clim fonctionne non stop et est impossible à arrêter (télécommande cassée). De plus à notre arrivée le logement n’était pas propre (traces sur les draps, vaisselle lavée grossièrement, ou encore chewing-gum collé sur la poubelle). La description du logement ne correspond pas à ce qu’il en est réellement c’est pourquoi nous avons été déçues.
