We are pleased to offer our beautiful Holiday Home to Let for Families & Friends that want to enjoy the peaceful & Tranquil area of Almerimar, the Oasis of Almeria, the warmest region of Spain. Our home sits high above the Coastal resort of Almerimar, offering spectacular views from the ground floor and roof terrace alike. From the terrace's you have unobstructed views over the Gary Player designed Golf course, the largest Marina in the region and out to the Mediterranean sea. The house has a large open living Dining area which leads to a large Terrace, on which there is a feature BBQ, and outside table for Al Fresco Dining. To the First Floor The property has 3 double rooms, there is a master bedroom with double bed, En suite and sea views, 2 further bedrooms with twin beds, and a main bathroom. From the first floor Landing there are further steps leading to a private roof terrace, again overlooking the Mediterranean sea. There is a single bedroom on the ground floor with 1 single and 1 fold-out bed, next to the bathroom, so ideal for for anyone who has difficulties with steps. On the ground floor there is a large Kitchen with Cooker, Hob, Dishwasher, kettle, toaster, fridge freezer etc.
There are gardens to the front and rear of the property, ample parking on the road or underneath the house is available.
You will have use of a large outdoor swimming pool for the summer months, which is quiet and peaceful, and has a life guard on duty at all times. As this is a communal pool, we cannot guarantee opening times and periods, but generally the pool is open between Mid June to Mid September.
Although we recommend a car for your stay, from the front of the property is a peaceful 20 minute walk to the beach front, marina, shops, bars and restaurants. Note this is a downhill walk, so be prepared for a up hill walk on the way back..!
There is a "local" bar just a 5 minute walk away, friendly English speaking staff and serves Tapas and various different menus throughout the year.
Once in your car the local amenities are just a few minutes drive away. The Marina on which the resort is centered, has everything you need in the way of Restaurants, Bars, supermarkets, pharmacies, bank, shops etc. The Marina has great restaurants, relatively cheap, mainly Spanish owned, so Tapas is a great local favorite. There are English owned bars and restaurants so a good variety, but rest assured, this is not a "Brits Abroad" type holiday, its is very Spanish, peaceful and quite, although, as always, if you want a late night, the Spanish are more than accommodating and there is plenty to do.
All in all this is a well located house in a very peaceful resort with large beaches, clear waters, great weather, great restaurants with great local people.
