This is a lovely and peaceful one bedroom, relaxing ground floor garden apartment set in a great location, just a few minutes stroll to the Port, the local Beach and the old Town. The apartment is an ideal base for couples and friends looking for a relaxing environment with everywhere easily walkable. It's South/West facing with great open views and a small private garden that is filled with sunshine from mid morning until the end of the day. Sliding doors from both the living room and bedroom lead onto a tiled covered terrace that has a dining table and chairs for all those great meals outside. There are also 2 sun loungers which can be taken out to the pool area if you prefer. The garden gate leads out to the well maintained pool area that has a good size adult swimming pool, a paddling pool and a Jacuzzi that can be used via the push of a button whenever you fancy. The gardens are beautifully looked after and full of well established flowers and plants with a few shady trees dotted here and there and some permanent straw umbrellas that provide some welcome shade. The views around the pool are of the surrounding Javea hills and villas, along with a spectacular view of the Mongo mountain that can also be seen in all its glory from the apartment terrace. The pool area is very relaxing and even in the height of summer never overcrowded, always managing to maintain an enjoyable yet tranquil space with plenty of room in the pool for those wishing to enjoy it. The apartment is ideal for couples seeking a relaxing break in surroundings very close to the lovely pool and Jacuzzi and close enough to walk into Javea Port, with it's beach, plentiful bars, restaurants and shops. Note a third guest can be accommodated on the sofa bed. Situated in a small complex of just 26 quality apartments that are of a high standard with marble floors, underfloor heating and air conditioning throughout. There is a small but fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, oven and hob, microwave, a kettle, cafetiere, iron and ironing board. The living room has a dining table and chairs, a widescreen TV with Satellite providing English/Spanish channels, a nd a dvd/cd player (with a selection of dvd films to watch) for your entertainment. The bedroom has a very comfortable kingsize bed, air conditioning, a ceiling fan, fitted wardrobes and sliding doors onto the terrace. There is also free local parking and it is never hard to find a space even in peak season.
A fine holiday apartment you won't be disappointed in nestled perfectly between the port (less than a 10 minute flat level walk) and the old town (a 15 minute walk, partly uphill). Smoking is only permitted outside in the garden and on the terrace please. Sorry pets are not allowed. There is a final cleaning charge of £60 per booking along with a small damage deposit of £100 that will be fully refunded if there are no damages at the end of the rental period (a one week stay is normally required, however, where there are shorter periods available on the calendar, please make an enquiry. Note, all Summer rentals between June and early September start on a Saturday and are for one week (this is to avoid too many gaps in the calendar).
Note: The apartment is ideal for longer Winter lets due to its location and wonderful South/West facing aspect, meaning it's sun facing for most of the day until sunset. It also has underfloor heating and free local parking. Please ask for a quote for winter 2018/19 if you are interested.
