A beautiful and tranquil sanctuary in the heart of picturesque Le Lavandou. Just a stone throw away from the marina, public and private beaches, with great bakeries, restaurants and coffee shops. There is no need for a car, as all amenities are within walking distance. If you want to explore the Golden islands off the coast, there is easy access to Port-Cros and Porquerolles through the local ferry at the marina. An ideal place for families, as it combines restfulness with plenty to explore.

You will be able to make free use of the entire space, and I will be available via email for any queries throughout your stay. My local representative will be there to greet you on arrival, and we shall both be available should you need any further assistance during your stay.

The house itself has 4 Bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped large kitchen, living room and dining room area with double height ceiling, private patio/garden, air-conditioned, wireless internet throughout.

First Floor: large bedroom - king-size bed, air condition, dressing table with mirror, large wardrobe and chest of drawers. Second bedroom - two twin beds, air condition, two closets and two chests of drawers. Third bedroom - queen size bed, ceiling fan, desk and wardrobe.

Ground Floor: large bedroom - queen size bed, air condition, wardrobe and table. Kitchen - fully equipped, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, Nespresso machine, stove top coffee maker, juicer and blender, with kitchen table that comfortably seats six people Hallway - cupboards with vacuum cleaner, iron/ironing board, washing machine and dryer.

Living and dining room - large room with double height ceiling, full width glass facade, fireplace, dining table seats six and six chairs. Feel free to use TV and DVD player.

Garden/Patio - opening through large doors from living room/dining, table and chairs, BBQ (coal) and wood for fireplace.

Located in the centre of the picturesque village, our house is ideally situated amongst shops, restaurants and just minutes away from both public and private beaches. There is a beautiful church right next to the entrance, please note that you will hear the bells ring at 8am, noon and 8pm, otherwise the house will feel like a tranquil oasis amidst the town.

Because the house is in the centre of town, you will not need a car, since anything is in walking distance. The marina is about two minutes away, as is the public beach. There are a number of private beaches within a five to ten minute walk either direction of the public beach, where you can easily book your sun bed and lunch within a days notice during summer season. Others are accessible by the Petit Train, a small train that runs along the coast. If you would like to explore the islands around, you can take the local ferry or even hire a boat. Larger cities, like St. Tropez and Cannes are only about a 45 minute to an hour and a half drive away. There is some free street parking near the marina and the wider area, otherwise there is pay and display parking in the centre of the village.
