About the property

Beautiful and bright attic. It has a private solarium terrace on the upper floor with access from inside the house, perfect for relaxing and sunbathing. It has a community pool (open all year) and private parking inside the building. Availability of storage room next to the parking space on request. Well located close to all services (bars, restaurants, parks, supermarkets, pharmacy, etc.) and 10 minutes walk from the beach.

WIFI, Smart TV 40 inches with satellite connection, air conditioning hot-cold, kitchen equipped with everything you need (ceramic hob, microwave, washing machine, fridge-freezer, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, kettle, toaster). Sofa-bed in living room of 1.40 x 2 mtrs.

The neighborhood

Commercial and leisure area, well located, allowing you to walk to the main points of interest of the town.

Points of interest that you can access on foot:

- Beach, located 10 minutes (725 meters).

- Puerto Marina, one of the most beautiful marinas in Europe. 1 Km.

- Park of the Dove, emblematic large park with lake and animals in freedom 500 meters.

- Sea Life, marine aquarium with sharks in Puerto Marina.

-Selwo Marina, park of marine fauna (dolphinarium, penguins, sea lions, birds, ..) located next to the park of the Dove.

- Tivoli World, amusement and entertainment park, located approximately 1. 3 km.

- Telesférico Benalmádena, allows you to climb Mount Calamorro located 769 meters above sea level and spectacular views of the Costa del Sol, with rapacious birds and several hiking trails, located at 1. 3 km. of the apartment.

- Arroyo de la Miel center, with numerous bars and restaurants.

How to move

- Commuter train 12 min. on foot that connects in a few minutes with Malaga center (where you can visit: Picasso Museum, Tissen, Pompidur, Russian .., historic center, etc ...), airport, train station, Torremolinos and Fuengirola.

- You can also connect with these towns and others such as Marbella, Mijas and Benalmádena town (three typical Andalusian white towns) in regular bus line.

Lovely clean apartment with fantasic views from roof.

We were made very welcome by Nuria who shows us the Apartment and explained everything perfectly.It is a few minutes walk to the promenade and around fifteen minutes to the Marina.

There are numerous small restaurants around the square just outside and many many more on the sea front.A large supermarket is just around the corner so carrying a few large bottles of San Miguel is not at all onerous. Nor is water if that is to your taste.

A fifteen minute walk to and from the Railway means no need for taxs and there is a Rail station just outside of the airport

All in all I cannot reccommend this propery highly enough

Lovely,bright clean apartment. We were met by Nuria who showed us around and explained about apartment. Pointed out places to visit and recommend local restaurants.Roof terrace was a added bonus ideal for 'chilling out' Pool good facility and in quiet location

Plenty of places to eat in close proximity. Apartment good base for Marina and local bus routes

Professional owners who will do everything to make the whole experience perfect

The apartment was everything we hoped and our expectations were full met. What was very reassuring was the easy email communication answering any questions and confirming time of arrival ment Paco was waiting to welcome us . The shower was hot and powerful with towels and beach towels waiting for you . The apartment was very clean with every thing you will need on your stay x including welcome bottle of water and coffee pods x The smart tv was fab, all our channels and some new, at our finger tips. location Bonanza square and local area offered everything you need until you want to explore further either in easy walking distance or at taxi rank. Thinking of booking I will again without hesitation.

Fantastic Place To Stay

I spent one month in this apartment which is exceptionally well decorated and a lovely place to stay. The apartment has everything you could need with a washing machine, large fridge freezer, plenty of comfortable seating and a stylish dining table and chairs. The bedroom has plenty of storage and the bathroom and 'rain' shower system very modern . The roof terrace is just amazing. It has panoramic views of the whole area and it gets the sun all day long. The roof terrace also has a very nice gazebo in which you can sit in the shade if you want. Nuria and Paco, the owners, are fantastic hosts and very helpful and friendly. Definitely the place to stay of you're coming to Benalmadena. 15 min walk from train station, 5 mins from the park & just over 5 mins to the promenade - perfectly placed apartment.
