Stylishly furnished 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom fully air-conditioned villa with private 7m x 3m swimming pool within mature gardens. Free Wi-Fi available. Well located in Gran Alacant, close to bars, restaurants and supermarket and just a short drive to the beach, this lovely villa is ideal for basing your stay on the Costa Blanca.
Smartly furnished, spacious and fully air-conditioned, 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa with lovely private pool and large garden and outside area! In addition, there is room for private off-road parking for 2 cars. From the villa's gates, steps lead up to the outside terrace, furnished with a glass table and 4 chairs - perfect for either breakfast or to relax over a glass of wine (or two!) in the evening as it is also lit at night. From here, there are views across to Alicante and the nearby mountains. At the rear of the villa is the marvellous patio and pool area which contains, amongst other things, mature trees at the end of the garden, a 7 x 3m pool, an outdoor shower, and three parasols. There are also 6 sun loungers, (therefore one for each guest!) and a BBQ. Moving into the villa itself, the stylish and sunny air-conditioned lounge contains two 3 seater leather sofas, coffee table, pictures, rug, and table lamp.
For your entertainment there is a 26' flat screen TV (with some UK terrestrial and satellite channels), and DVD player, plus a CD music system and a selection of paperback books for your enjoyment. The sun drenched dining area contains a dining table and 6 chairs, plus pictures and a standard lamp. The American galley style kitchen contains everything you would expect in a property of this standard, including oven, ceramic hob, extractor fan, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, kettle and toaster, plus an iron and ironing board in addition to a super selection of utensils. There is also a good selection of plastic glasses, bowls and plates for use around the pool area. Plus, the back door from the kitchen leads directly out to the patio/pool area, excellent for dining al fresco. Also on the ground floor is the fashionably furnished air-conditioned master bedroom, containing a double bed, bedside cabinets, lamps and pictures.

In this bedroom is also a handy hair dryer for your use during your stay, which saves on your packing. Plus a safe for your valuables. The sunny master bedroom also has a walk-through dressing area containing 1 double and 1 single built in wardrobe, plus a 3 drawer chest for your belongings during your stay and a large mirror. The master bedroom also has en suite facilities, featuring a bath (with shower over), WC, bidet and basin with mirror and light above, plus a shelving unit for your use. The smartly decorated third bedroom is also on the ground floor and overlooks the pool and patio area. Also air-conditioned, it contains twin beds, bedside cabinet, lamp and pictures as well as a double built in wardrobe. Next door to the third bedroom, is a handy shower room containing a walk in shower, WC and basin with light and mirror above.
This is our second visit to this particular villa. Our experience on each occasion has been excellent. This villa is in excellent condition with great outdoor space for 6 adults both in terms of sunbathing and alfresco eating. Gran Alacant commercial centre is a short walk away and has numerous bars and restaurants offering a diverse range of food. We particularly liked El Olivo, a very nice quality restaurant, Glaros a small typically Spanish cafe and a Dutch restaurant which opens between 12 and 8.30 so ideal for lunch and early evening eating. Alicante and Elche are about 20 minutes away by taxi and both are well worth a visit. La Finca is a one star Michelin star restaurant in Elche which is fabulous both in terms of food and surroundings. The airport is a short taxi journey away.

We stayed in this property in September 2015 and the property was all we expected it to be. The facilities were very good and when we contacted the keyholder because the dishwasher failed, he arranged for a new one to be installed the very next day. Really good service. We wanted to use the property as a base to get to know the surrounding area and to accommodate our daughter (who has Special Needs) and her full time additional carers. 5 of us in all and the property was great for us. It was lovely and we would have no hesitation in staying here again. It's very easy to get to all the surrounding places of interest and Carabassi beach is brilliant.
From booking to the refund of our security bond everything went well. Good onsite management. Villa and pool very clean. Modern and well laid out we wanted for nothing. Supermarkets and bars & restaurants all close by. Went home relaxed and refreshed.
Our four night stay was terrific. The pool was a little chilly to use but we expected that so late in the year. The outside area was great and we had some warm days which we made the most of on the sunloungers. Inside the villa was great, comfortable beds, TV and Wi-Fi. Good supermarket nearby and we had a great meal at La Matola and Get Fresh. Friendly, helpful property manager. We are happy to recommend this villa.
The villa was great with everything we could wish for. Large, modern, just perfect especially the private pool. I would stay here again and would not hesitate to recommend. Everything worked very well with the keyholder, everything was well organized. Greetings from Switzerland!
Gran Alacant, where all our holiday rental villas and apartments are situated, is a residential area and therefore perfect for families – just a few miles south of the vibrant and beautiful city of Alicante and just to the north of the traditional Spanish seaside town of Santa Pola. Nestling in the hills above Alicante Bay, there are stunning views across to the city and the castle of Santa Barbara and northwards to the Crevillente mountains.
The few miles distance to the airport make Gran Alacant a particularly good place to stay as you can be in your holiday rental accomodation in less than an hour from landing and, because Gran Alacant is not on the flight path, there is no aircraft noise.
Gran Alacant is a mixture of villas, townhouses and apartments on a number of different Urbanisations, all with access to either private or communal swimming pools. The area is cosmopolitan with an interesting mixture of nationalities – mainly Spanish, British and Scandinavian – yet has a typical Spanish feel. This mixture is reflected in the bars and restaurants in the area. Spanish run tapas bars, fish restaurants and pizzerias mix happily with British owned bars and restaurants.
Gran Alacant has plenty to offer those looking for a relaxing holiday and also those looking for something a bit more active. With easy access to Alicante city and the excellent motorway network, there is plenty to see and do in the surrounding areas. Less than 40 minutes by car is the exciting Terra Mitica theme park just outside Benidorm. Also for children at Benidorm is the superb water park Aqualandia which is next to Mundomar sea life centre
Gran Alacant has six good quality supermarkets and many within walking distance of our holiday rental properties. As you would expect, Gran Alacant also has pharmacies, banks (all with cash machines), panaderias (bakers), heladerias (ice cream parlours), a video/DVD rental shop, internet cafes, hairdressers, nail bar, petrol station and car/scooter rental agencies.
Night life in Gran Alacant is low key with the emphasis on good food and good wine with more than 80 bars and restaurants to choose from. From simple snacks to the various menu del dias as well as superb Indian, Italian, Japanese and Chinese food – every taste is well and truly catered for, and at good prices as well! Please see our restaurant page for full listings. Nearby Santa Pola has a good selection of restaurants from simple tapas bars to the highly recommended Batiste by the quayside. Nearby, Alicante has numerous bars, restaurants and night clubs catering for its cosmopolitan clientele. Close to Gran Alacant and just five minutes by car, is the typically Spanish resort of Los Arenales del Sol. Facing onto miles of sand duned beaches, cleaned each day, Los Arenales is a popular weekend destination for people from Alicante and families from all over Spain have holiday homes here. In the resort are plenty of bars and restaurants, some with superb views of the sea and Alicante on the other side of the bay. During the spring and summer water sports of all types are available from the beach. For beach lovers, a lazy day at Los Arenales is highly recommended.
For walkers there are a number of clearly marked trails in the El Clot Nature Park in Gran Alacant. Birdwatchers will also enjoy following the trails as there are many species to be seen at all times of the year. A little further afield there is excellent walking near the Santa Pola lighthouse whose light can be seen most evenings from Gran Alacant.
Carabassi Beach, which is one of the best beaches on the Costa Blanca is on your doorstep and all the facilities you need are close at hand.
Gran Alacant is a superb choice for basing your stay on Spain’s glorious Costa Blanca.
