Fantastic villa with swiming pool, at only 2 steps walk away from the beach, the restaurants and supermarkets of the fishing village of Burgau. Here you can explore all the pleasures that the "Golden Coast" has to offer.
It is located in a luxury condominium, where you can breathe tranquility and a stress free environment. Close to major golf courses, within a 10 minute drive.
Splendid for families and golf lovers.

It is a 1 storey house. On ground floor you have the living room, WC, the kitchen and swimming pool. The 1st floor consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 balcony and 1 terrace. All rooms have air conditioning.
One bedroom has a kingsize bed. The other bedroom has two single beds that can turn into a kingsize bed.

The villa is cleaned to the highest standards and quality linen and dining ware are provided together with a complimentary wireless internet service and free satellite channels.
Parking is easy and in front of the Villa.

The most fantastic aspect of this place is that it is "so close to everything" and at the same time, it is quiet and peaceful.
Here you can smell the morning sea breeze and in the afternoon the scents of the countryside.

Beautiful Burgau

We know the location very well, and have stayed in similar properties. This one mostly lived up to the standard we've come to expect although a couple of things were mildly irritating. The settee in the lounge was the only comfortable seating there and this seems odd for a four-person villa. And, while the bottle of wine waiting in the fridge was appreciated, there were no basic supplies in the kitchen, not even salt and pepper. Only minor irritations, and overall a great stay.

Nice villa and pool

The villa is well located within a short walk of Burgau village and beach. Some lovely restaurants right on your doorstep and an easy drive to the neighbouring towns. Layout ideal for a family or two couples. Beds really comfortable. Great to have your own private pool. Great that pool/beach towels are provided. Welcome gifts were a nice surprise. Felt very safe with electric shutters and neighbours close by. It was generally really clean on arrival. Check in super simple with a key code. Communication and instructions clear. The only issue was that the villa is getting tired now and there are several minor issues the owners could do with looking at - the freezer doesn’t close properly, there is a cupboard in the corner in the kitchen where the shelves have swollen with damp and there are now flies, the bath in the main bathroom doesn’t drain very well, the patio table feels like it’s about to collapse and the bbq is not suitable to cook food on. We would recommend others to stay here but the owners need to address the issues above to make it a 5 star stay.

Fantastic holiday in an amazing villa

Fantastic holiday in an amazing villa. Best for the swimming pool, lovely local beaches and the Cliff top walks. Also amazing area if you are a runner or cyclist. The view are incredible and the slight breeze you get means that Temperatures are always perfect.

Home from home

Super cool,and luxurious apartment with all the amenities. Pool, a/c, sofa, little extras in the kitchen and a very helpful, quick communicating host. Lovely pool, short walk to the beach of Burgau - gorgeous. Easy, free parking outside and a quiet and classy environment.

Absolutely perfect!

Just home from a great stay at this villa. It had everything we could of asked for. The villa was spotless well equipped. The welcome pack was a really nice touch too! We hope to return to Burgau again soon and wouldn't want to stay anywhere else!
