This charming 2 bedroom apartment is directly locatet on the Seafront of St Paul`s Bay. Xemxija is just round the bay and Bugibba is 15 minutes on foot away.

From the front terrace one can enjoy open Sea views. The public busses pass from the same street and the bus stops are very close.

WiFi internet and IPTV (700 channels) are included and free of charge.

Apartment specifications:

Front terrace 4 sq m with garden furniture.

Internal area is about 70 sq m. 3 rd floor with lift, 2 steps at entrance, all beds are movable, WC with shower,

2 single movable beds (twin beds) in each bedroom, space for extra bed in main bedroom, Sleeps up to 5 persons.

Fast and unlimited WiFi internet, iPTV with over 700 channels.

Well equipped kitchen including Gas oven, microwave, toaster, Percolator, 4 gas hobs, fridge freezer,etc.

Hair Dryer, iron and iron board and Washing machine.

Cots, highchairs, DVD player, Coffee Machine are available on request.

Fans are provided in each room. A big gas heater is also provided in Winter.

Towels and bed sheets are provided.

The apartment is new and clean also if it is not the same we looked in the fotos. The organisation provide a good costumer service.

This apartment is located in Xemxija Bay which is the inner part of St Paul`s Bay. The local village centre is about 1.1km from Village centre .

In the vicinity there is a grocery shop and mini market for your daily needs. (open 7 days a week)

In the area there are very good restaurants, ice cream kiosk and a coffee shop.

The bus stop is just 200m away and is on the main bus routes. visiting all Malta is easy and fast.

The nicest sandy beaches are just 4km to 7km away and busses are very frequent.

From the apartment it is also easy to go to Comino (and the Blue Lagoon) and Gozo.

The area is not as busy as the main touristic areas. Thus parking is much easier making it ideal for who wants to hire a car too!.

For a quick swim, 500m from the apartment there are 2 protected swimmers zones (rocky).
